Jummps Adventure Park Reviews
Went here for my Neice's Birthday, and even the adults were able to have fun! The only thing I think could have been better would have been if they had a broader selection of arcade games, but I also understand this place is mainly focused on the huge jump house it has to offer. The rooms for the parties are also kind of small, but I like that they still keep them all separate and it still did get the job done! Overall, it was a good experience, and most importantly, the kids had a blast!
Apr 04, 2025 · Tony AppersonThis is a nice place for kids to have fun. Generally speaking, lot of options for jumping and run around. Besides they have arcades to play games which is additional. You can get $20 for an hour with arcade or $20 😆for 2 hours without games. We decided to go with just jumping and playing around and no games. Worth the visit however, unlike other popular places like Urban air or Skyzone, they attempt to charge me for staying with kids while they play. This should not be the ideal case.Parents:observer shall be allowed to watch their kids regardless of other staff on duty within the play area. Moreover, the charge for socks wasn’t mentioned 2.99 per pair of socks. Which is reusable but could have been stated before charging.I don’t mind overall as the customer service was too notch albeit the policy I didn’t like.Food options and restroom available on site. Show rack should be well maintained and people leave shoes and socks under the table which was disgusted.I’ll revisit if around Dearborn/downriver.
Jan 20, 2025 · Abu S Chowdhury10/10 recommend this place. Everything was clean and well kept. My kids had a blast. With my kids being autistic, the staff kind and worked with us. I had fun too! I love that there were free lockers to put your stuff in, with a combination. Food and drinks were great. We will return again!!
May 16, 2025 · ShelbyBest place to bring young ones. Jummps is unique, with an indoor inflatable play area with all sorts of obstacles and slides. The arcade is awesome and the STAFF; 5 STARS! The staff is kind, helpful and look out for you and your child. My son’s favorite part is the cotton candy machine and when they turn the lights off and add music with strobe lights. By the way, the music choice is great! 10/19 recommend getting the seasonal pass. Totally worth it. Not to mention there are massage chairs for the parents and large screen TVs that show your child inside the play area at all times. Parents can relax while the kids go off on their own and play, giving the parents a piece of mind watching their child on the cameras. 10/10, recommend getting it’s our go to spot to have fun!
May 18, 2025 · Erica HorvathI would give 5 stars but the food and games are priced really high. It's really fun but expect to pay about 200 for 5 kids to jump and play games for 2 hours. There were a couple employees that were great, I think one's name was Elizabeth like me, she was a doll, so sweet and very helpful. My kids had a blast none the less. Would give the other two stars if they lower the prices of food, because it's not good at all, except the cheese fries, everything else was trash. And also lowering the credits that the games charge, if that were money it would be like$2-3 dollars per regular game, like $10 for others.
