Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We were invited for a birthday party on Saturday at 2pm. It was quiet in there when we got there. Only 1 of my 4 was included in the birthday group, but because they had rides and all sorts of different activities, I purchased the ultimate memberships for everyone, $17 per kid, I was gonna get me one too, but she told me to just do a parent add-on for $3.99 instead, and I can participate in everything. Plus, the kids memberships come with a coupon for a free slice of pizza and a popcorn snack for each visit.I loved the rides and different types of activities, the only drawback was their free jumping trampoline areas were on the smaller side, compared to Air Time, so they enforced one person per trampoline. That was the only drawbacks I saw. Place was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful.
May 25, 2025 · Gabrielle Kelly-PowellA friend of mine had her daughter's birthday here. When I looked it up online it looked cool. It was clear that the main focus here is their birthday parties. The website focused a lot on that. You pay somewhere between $400 and $500 for 10 kids, which includes things like pizza, plates, cups, plasticware, and a host who was supposed to help us set up, clean up and everything in between. We were told to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled time. This was a little perplexing to me as that would give us only 15 minutes to set up for our party. Gave the impression that this place was a birthday party mill, grinding out as many parties as possible; cramming as many in a day as possible with 15 minute intervals. We showed up about 5 minutes early. When we got to the front counter the employees reception was lukewarm, and I was unclear what was going on...Whether or not she was working on getting our room together, or who or what we were waiting on. After about 10 minutes of standing around I walked toward the back by the rooms for birthday parties and events. I found an employee and asked her about our host. she located him right away. It was 15 minutes after our allotted arrival time when he showed up and he didn't seem too thrilled with us. He just...he didn't even say hello or follow me or happy birthday! He didn't say anything. Didn't ask what we needed. Didn't offer his help. Didn't comment on the weather. Nothing. The setup process was, as I expected, very rushed and a little awkward. Our experience with the teenage host was...underwhelming…but he did do a very kind gesture by bending the rules a little for us...(I won't mention details for obvious reasons.)The three or four hosts assigned to the second floor were kind of just hanging around the tables outside the room. After a little while our host did seem to get a little more comfortable with us, tho he still wasn't saying much and I had to be the one to ask him about things like wristbands for the kids, or plasticware, etc. Every time I'd go and ask him about something, he was already on his way to go and do them. There wasn't any communication. The kids seem to enjoy themselves. That's what is important. It was a little annoying towards the end when our time limit was nearing and the group of hosts was hovering outside the door giving strange looks, giggling and whispering. Would have thought they would have taken into account the fact that we didn't get started on time. Seemed they could have allowed us a 15 minutes grace period...We rushed to clear out the room under their glare and scrutiny. The good thing is that the pizza was really good, and the wristbands were good for the rest of the day, or 8:00, so when our room rental was over, we didn't have to leave. The kids and their parents could stay and enjoy the facility a little longer if they so chose.also, the birthday girl got some cool things like a return day pass, a t shirt etc.Overall the experience felt very, very rushed. You could tell that they were doing a ton of these parties a day and that this one was just another cog in the machine to the employees
Dec 09, 2024 · Tyler ClausGreat place to bring your kids and let them play. Not unlike other trampoline parks, there were the typical trampoline attractions. They also had a ropes course and zip line, which would be great for older kids. The bumper cars didn't have a lot of space, but some flip upside down, which was a hit. There is not much for smaller kids that maybe are not so keen of heights. It is pricey, but the experience and cleanliness of the place made up for it. Staff were helpful.
Mar 30, 2025 · Laura BattleI have been here a couple times. Currently have monthly passes for 2 of my 3 kids today was the first time I tried to bring my youngest. And was not prepared properly after having little to no sleep (2 hours). Then difficulty purchasing the membership for my youngest Evelin came to my rescue. With a 3 yr old on my hip ready to run and cards not wanting to work love this place will keep coming.
May 31, 2025 · Julie RodriguezI was disappointed that we arrived close opening to use the ultimate pass and my kids were excited to use the zip line at 1130 we tried to use it but the girl said give them 15 minutes because they were waiting on someone else to be up there. It wasn't until 1230 that a young man arrived to "help" only to be laying there half asleep. My daugther tried to use it but came back and told me the employee was asleep. Another employee told my daugther don't mind him he has a headache. My daugther did the zip line once and then said she didn't feel safe with that guy not really checking her straps. Which I 100% agree. She then wanted to do the high ropes course but was told it was closed because they didnt have staff. We did the bumper cars and the employee there just looked irritated that my kids wanted to ride.I will say Jason who did the rock wall area was amazing. He was right on it, unlocking the kids, checking harnesses and was extremely personable.Based on the experience today I am not sure if we would go back if the employees don't seem committed to safety. We visited 6-22-25
