Get Air Trampoline Park Reviews
First time visiting with my toddler grandson. In the section for under 46", there was a cute town like area. It lacked things to play with in each little store front. Lots of potential there tho. There is also the climbing section in that area that was lots of fun with the exception of kids that looked much older and definitely taller then 46" running thru like crazy. Staff was never seen checking on the area. There was also a separate trampoline area for 46" and under which was nice. Place was clean enough, did not check out rest rooms or foam pit area. Nice place to burn off lots of energy.
Jun 28, 2025 · Mary MicucciWe recently visited the trampoline park again, and we were blown away by the upgrades! The new features have taken the experience to the next level — everything feels fresh, exciting, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults.Another big improvement from previous visits was the supervision. There were more staff members around, and they were actively monitoring the play zones. It made the whole experience feel much more organized and secure.Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back. If you haven’t been in a while, the new changes are definitely worth checking out!
Jun 23, 2025 · Brittany LindemannKids had a blast! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly
Jun 15, 2025 · Marsha LawhornIt was an okay experience, there were some pretty annoying teenagers there but the workers don’t control their customers, so I can’t blame it on them. We were asked to stop wearing our tail accessories because it was a “safety hazard”. Um, no it’s most definitely not…. Learn common sense, a 10-inch keychain isn’t gonna hurt anyone. You guys are just petty, and afraid of kids expressing themselves in ways you might not personally like. But still, they had good vending machines and the trampolines were great. Overall 3/5 experience.
May 26, 2025 · EasterIf I could give a zero, I would! We have taken our grandkids several times to Jump in Charlottesville, and even twice since it changed hands to Get Air.Our most recent visit was very disturbing. When we arrived, NO ONE was at the front desk. Someone came out of a side room and checked us in. We changed into socks. My husband and I were both there watching our 3 grands. NO ONE graced the trampoline floor with their presence during our 2 hour stay. There was NO supervision, cleaning, etc.At the end of our stay I wanted the boys to go to the bathroom. I went in first... the bathroom was FILTHY. No one cleaning it for a good long time, that was obvious. Feces on toilet seats. Unflushed paper in others, paper all over the floor. I went to wash my hands after I squatted over my toilet, intentionally touching nothing. I wet my hands - soap dispenser was completely empty, I went to the other that was almost empty. When I went to get a paper towel to dry my hands... yep, if you haven't guessed it yet.... EMPTY. We chose to have our boys use disinfectant and the bathroom at our restaurant of choice. We put shoes back on and as we left I intended to share this with the staff... IF THERE WOULDVE BEEN ANY STAFF, I EVEN WAITED A FEW MINUTES.Now the story gets even better. 3-5 days later all of us were sick with a horrific cough. We live in 3 different homes, 2 different cities... what are the odds?My guess is this nasty, filthy center hasn't been disinfected in who knows how long. With Covid in the past, I'd think a reputable center would disinfect no less than nightly at close. The staff were young and disinterested in doing anything, it appeared. We won't be going back again! Very very disappointing. They had some new equipment, I should've been impressed... friendly, attentive, supervisory staff is a necessary part of a successful business. And most importantly - CLEAN!!!!!!!!! FLAT ZERO -O- SCORE
