Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
I don't just go to Chuck E. Cheese. I've got a membership! And while it's only the bronze, for just $7.99, I can invite my other mom friends to bring their babies to hang out with us because it covers up to 6 kids! 😄I forgot how the # of points for games was, but I went there with 2 other mamas, and we had a total of 6 kids sharing my membership and enjoyed ourselves 2 hours of fun time!!Our kids played, didn't bother us or cry for us for 2 houra while we sat at the tables catching up, laughing and enjoying some pizza. In fact, the only reason our kids came back to us was for the food 🥴🍕There's all kinds of activities for different ages to enjoy. You won't get bored. They even had a trampoline-bouncing area, which was cool. Strictly kids-only area. No adults allowed! 🚫👵🏾👴🏽🚫The only downside is that it's darn near impossible to remove your kids from the building. I recommend bribing or using magic. 😉🫠As a bonus, your kids fall asleep on the ride home 😴 and STAY asleep when you get home 🏡Again, all this for 7.99. I pay more for Netflix and baby doesn't fall asleep after watching cocomelon. He gets more energized & terrorizes the house. But at Chuck E Cheese, he can just be a kid & burn thru his energy there 🔥 it's a win-win 💯
May 20, 2025 · #CommentaryCassieI enjoyed our party host Eileen. She was very polite and welcoming. I did not like how loud everything was and how crowded the party area was. I also did not like how when our party time was up at 330, we were literally told we had to leave so they could set up for another party. I thought that was extremely rude. I just spent $200+ to be here and was rudely told to move and leave. Also, leaving the place was a ridiculous hassle. The person at the front entrance asked a billion questions and wanted proof that my baby was mine and wanted to see a picture (I totally get that). All while other guests are pushing and shoving and running around ridiculously. I also don’t appreciate how I was harassed and followed around the store when it was time to pay. I understand it takes one person not paying for their party and skipping out, but I felt extremely uncomfortable with how this part was handled. I was told 3 times I had to go pay while I had all 5 of my kids, plus all my party guests trying to wrangle them all up, and I’m trying to pack all my stuff up and make sure I’m not forgetting anything, like I will legit pay when i can. This experience makes me not want to come back. I left the store with a raging migraine and very irritated.
Jun 15, 2025 · Chelsea MathewsI booked with them for a two year Olds birthday party. The kids that came range from 16 to 1. Most of the kids were littler. I can honestly say I was impressed. It was clean, neat, organized, the food was actually very good, hot, fresh and the drinks stayed refilled. Our host was very nice and sweet. Chuck E was so adorable to young kids. I would definitely book again and the service was worth the money.
Mar 03, 2024 · Karen FusterThis place has the most unfriendliest staff. Very expensive. 45 min of play time for 30 bucks. Limited time to play. Ridiculous. Come on Chuck E Cheese do better. Better staff and more affordable pricing.
May 04, 2025 · Tara MorserVery much dislike that if you pay for a monthly membership you have to pay to jump in the (small) trampoline area. $14 per kid for this area everytime we go is horrible. They act as if it's skyzone or something. Other than this the pizza is always good and service is good when there are employees around. Its been my experience that there is usually only 1-3 working. Even with large crowds.
