Launch Family Entertainment Leominster Reviews
Really I like it this place you can to found everything that ur kids need for distraction is a nice place for kids and parents is not expensive they have promotional, they have a bar for ourselves while the kids playing, really i recommend it.
May 17, 2025 · Magalynda cardonaFun for the Kids, but Frustrations with Socks and Ticket System Dim the ExperienceThe kids had a blast, and the prices for what you get seem reasonable. However, a few things left us frustrated.First, some of our guests brought socks from a previous visit to this location, but they were denied using them because the socks were the “wrong color.” They had to buy new ones, only to be told later on the trampoline floor that the new socks they just purchased were also the wrong color... It felt like a sneaky/scam way to squeeze out an extra $3, especially since other trampoline parks allow you to reuse their branded socks without issue. Now you're stuck with socks we can’t use again here or anywhere else.Secondly, the arcade’s automatic ticket system was extremely unreliable. We earned a 500-ticket bonus on the Nerf game, but it didn’t show up on our card—and without video or photo proof, the staff wouldn’t correct it. On another game, the Avengers coin pusher, I earned 900 tickets but only 500 were added. Luckily, I had video proof for that one, so they adjusted the missing points. It makes you wonder how many tickets go uncredited without you even noticing. If you’re aiming to build up tickets for prizes, you’ll need to constantly check your balance and document every payout, which takes the fun out of the experience.Overall, the kids had a great time, but the sock policy and ticket system issues make it hard to fully recommend. I went back and forth between a 2- and 3-star rating but chose 3 stars because the kids really enjoyed themselves. Just be aware of the frustrating sock policy, and if you hit any big payouts at the arcade, make sure they’re credited properly—video proof is your best friend here.
Oct 13, 2024 · Dain Vossar (ReviewJedi)My family and I visit Launch in Leominster regularly, and we’re always impressed—especially by Andrew. He’s incredibly attentive, seemingly with eyes in the back of his head. He’s constantly on the move, checking in on his team and every area of the park to make sure guests aren’t waiting too long and that kids are having a great time.We recently attended my nephew’s birthday party there, and despite how busy the day was, Andrew rallied the kids and kept the energy high. He was being pulled in every direction, yet remained calm, professional, and handled every situation with ease and grace. For all that he does, I sure hope he’s compensated well and definitely deserves additional support—he’s a key part of why we keep coming back.During the same visit, we also had excellent interactions with two other employees. One young woman at the food counter made ordering a fun experience for my niece and nephews, turning it into a playful game. Another staff member at the ticket redemption desk handled a long line with impressive efficiency and a great attitude.Although this location is one of the furthest from us, we continue to choose it because of the outstanding management and overall positive atmosphere.
Jun 02, 2025 · ChristinaThis review is ONLY about the trampoline part. I saw the world jump day deal of $5/hr, so I got tickets for my 3 young kids to check Launch out for the first time. The trampoline area is very small, which, as a parent, kinda nice. I don't have to run from one side of the building to the other to watch all 3 of my kids. However, they all got bored pretty quickly. I noticed there was a cool looking climbing type area but was informed you have to pay extra for that which we didn't do. There is an arcade and bowling and food as well I saw but we didn't do any of those things. The staff was very nice though.
Jul 23, 2024 · Jessica MacPhersonMost trendy trampoline park and heck a lot of fun arcade for a family visit. Compare to other trampoline park aside from the jumping this place offers arcade, virtual reality experience, bowling, obstacle course tagging, ninja warrior courses, and what's more they have a bar and decent American food on site. They serve pizza, salad, dessert and lots of sides which you don't normally get at a trampoline place. So it's packed with features that one may not need to leave at all and spend a couple of hours here. Trampoline Park is nice because they are no longer using foam pits, instead they are covered with a new state of the art trampoline blanket to keep all the spongy matters under ground and less dust for good kids hygiene. The omi arena is amazing as well. it's a virtual reality attraction where they have VR treadmill so no more walking with a joy stick and use your feet! Good games selections.Bowling is also available for those parents who want to hang out while the kids are monkeying around the obstacle courses. Enjoy a drink while doing so.They also do birthday parties, decent staff and friendly people. They did a good job making sure all guests have a gathering area and show the way to the party room and help you set up the place real nice for the kids when they are back for the bday party event.Recommended. Admission price is attached in the photos.
