Opelika Parks and Rec. Trampoline and Power Tumbling Reviews
I never do reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. This place is very unprofessional. My daughter was going there for over a year in a half and I'm sure they didn't even know her name. I was never informed of Registration dates, end of classes, how her performance was I mean no communication to me what so ever. Because of that I always had to change date and time of her classes due to late information. When I tried to explain my Frustration I don't think they really cared. It's sad how they treat people who daughter's are not on teams. My daughter should have been able to attend her classes to perfect her craft and just have fun. Not ignore because of her choice not be apart of a team. As a paying parent I was disappointed, dissatisfied, and discussed with the services at this institution. They really don't deserve this one star.
