Preschool Gymnastics (Mighty Stars, Mini Stars): For independent preschoolers (ages 3.5-6), these programs introduce fundamental gymnastics skills, body awareness, and social skills like following directions and taking turns, using age-appropriate equipment. They introduce students to all gymnastic events.
Ninja Core / Ninja Classes: Drawing inspiration from ninja warrior courses, these classes focus on developing strength, agility, balance, and problem-solving skills through obstacle training and freestyle movement.

Auburn Gymnastics - Sumner Reviews
My Granddaughter is part of Auburn Gymnastics. She only has Very Positive things to say about Her Coaches, the Facilities (she goes to Auburn and Sumner) and her fellow Gymnasts. I've Loved coming to watch her (when I'm in town). I know She is Loving her time at gymnastics and I'm Grateful for all they are doing to keep everyone Happy and Safe (following CDC guidelines for Covid). Thankful for ALL they are doing to make this a Positive Experience for her and her family.
Nov 11, 2020 · JaNeen HewsonWe have been coming to Auburn gymnastics of Sumner off and on for Saturday classes for a few years. We have done Tiny Stars 2-3 yr olds (parent w/kids) and Mighty Stars 4-6 yr olds. The coaches are High School aged and have been for the most part very good, positive and attentive. The tiny stars class is awesome! It’s about 35 min and the kids go through the various exercises with parent help. We typically get through each of the courses 3 times. My biggest issue is with the Mighty Stars class, there is 1 coach and 8-10 athletes that go through the entire course of various exercises 1 kid at a time. It is often 25 min into the class before my kid got to do any sort of gymnastics. I get that the coach has to be at certain exercises for safety, but there is usually one per course. It would be easy to run 2-3 kids through at the same time and still help with safety. For about $30 per session, maybe another coach for large classes.Again, my issue is not at all with the individual coaches, they have been great! It is with organizational leadership and design of classes. This gym feels like it is set up to maximize money from families looking for a fun class for kids on the weekend in order to maximize revenue and subsidize the banners on the wall.
Feb 15, 2020 · Jason SimonsonHad my daughters party here today and not a single complaint. The helper was super kind. She watched out for the kids but didn't interfere. When I say that I mean, sometimes people can be overbearing. She let the kids do their thing and just watched out for safety. The kids had a BLAST. I would totally have another party here. All the parents were complementing on how much fun the kids were having. Would 100 % recommend for a party.
Jul 21, 2019 · BrittanyI have had 3 daughters attend Gymnastics classes with in the AGC locations. We have been to other local gyms for team and general classes as well. And when you compare the coaching and faculties to other gyms there is no comparison. It’s clean and well ran they will take your child as far up the ladder of a skills and levels as they are capable of. Gymnastics is an excellent base for all sports not every kid is made for the state and national level of completion but the body awareness and work ethic learned at AGC cannot be beat. I have had a daughter struggle and another become an optional athlete. Both of them cherish their friendships and memories made at Auburn. Now we are on to the next chapter with my 4yr pictures here.
Dec 06, 2024 · That DadOpen gym is a blast, fun big rope swing. You have to stay with your child so they use the trampoline right, etc. Busy Bugs preschool here was great and an awesome value. Kind, caring teachers, fun field trips, and indior exercise 'recess' time in the gym, regardless of the weather. The gymnastics classes were very intense and probably best for those who want to take it all the time. My children did not find it fun and they are 5 and 7, but felt that way a year or two ago. We tried it one more time due to a deal on groupon, but still felt they were pushed too hard. Preschool and open gym have my vote!
