Altitude Trampoline Park - Columbia Reviews
Just recently moved to the Columbia area so decided to check out this trampoline park with the kids. We bought monthly jumping memberships on their website because it seemed like a great deal for $20 a month each with a 3 month minimum. I figured that’ll get us through the summer with somewhere fun and air conditioned to go. I based our choice to go here off of the online pictures and reviews…they weren’t accurate or updated. If I had known this place is the way it is, I wouldn’t have bought memberships. We visited today 06/06/25 for the first time.It seems really fun for kids in the 5-10 range but my kids are 9, 11 and 13 and needless to say they weren’t impressed. They have removed all the sponge pit areas so there aren’t any of those, the trapeze is closed, the basketball and area around it is closed, there’s no wipeout thing to jump over and no mini golf like google says. The rock wall is almost impossible to use because the pillow floor under it makes it too difficult to even get on. I’m really glad it wasn’t packed while we were here so it was more enjoyable for that reason, the music was static-y for the most part and I didn’t really notice employees watching anyone, they’re mostly hanging out with each other or all talking up at the desk. I guess I expected more of an urban air/get air vibe…where the music is pumping, it’s kinda dark and there’s tons of options of things to do for all ages. They do 2 hour increments with colored wrist bands and announcements letting you know when your time is up. They do have comfortable couches and massage chairs for the adults to sit around, which is appreciated. The icees are 4.50 for a 16oz but you can at least use the cup when you’re done to fill up from the cold water fountain by the bathrooms. Their other drinks are bottled water and bottled sodas. I do wish I would’ve came by to check it out before buying memberships but it is what it is, we will be making ourselves enjoy it for the next 3 months.
Jun 06, 2025 · SK KSMay 2025 Edit to Add - I was contacted by the GM recently. Her message was kind and I was updated on all things happening with Altitude. While our family has a commitment to another park for this year, we will absolutely be giving them another chance next Spring. Her management style is one I have not seen in a long time and appreciate her concern and effort she has given to our visit. This park wasn't as enjoyable as we expected, mainly due to the failure of the staff to monitor the room/sections and the lack of food options. Overall though, it was ok.The pizza is cardboard, and the hot dog options were limited to ketchup as a topping. They had no tortilla chips for their Nachos, leaving us hungry this afternoon. Limited soda options, limited drink options as a whole , made this visit unfavorable. They also had a prize section, but we were unsure of how to obtain tickets/points to "win" any. The staff was not watching the floor/sections, leaving my family members in some difficult situations - like when tweens ran through the under 70lbs area, almost knocking kids over. Another instance detailed in a photo is that only 1 child at a time in the kiddie foam block pit, yet the staff standing just a few feet away, were allowing multiples at a time.Between the absolute chaos of kids not following the signs/rules with no staff to step in to ensure the rules are implemented and the lack of food and drink options, it'll be another year or two before we try this park again.
May 15, 2025 · Kinsey FaucetteWell worth every penny spent on a membership, especially when you live in the town over without much indoor activities to entertain the kids on hot/freezing/rainy days, not to mention $2 parent jump and fantastic exercise! There's plenty to do, and the free bring a buddy Monday's is really fantastic too. Membership, buy it! They've just renovated and the place is looking fantastic. We enjoy it!
Jun 09, 2025 · Jamie KMy son and I had an absolute blast at Altitude! From the moment we stepped in, the energy was high and the excitement never stopped. We bounced from trampoline to trampoline, raced through obstacle courses, and even challenged each other to a few friendly games in the foam pit and dodgeball arena. It was the perfect way to burn energy, share some laughs, and make unforgettable memories together. Altitude really delivered on fun can’t wait to go back for another round of airborne adventures!
Jun 18, 2025 · Ben FinchOur toddlers really enjoy this place compared to other parks in the area. As a parent, I like how open everything is. It is very easy scan the space for my littles. There aren’t many blind spots like other indoor trampoline parks. We decided to get the $99 annual membership for our littles. It’s the perfect alternative for cold and rainy days. They are fairly exhausted after two hours of play.
