Big Air Trampoline Park Reviews
Very clean, easy check in process, my 9 year old had a great time! Lots for him to do. We only got an hour ($18) but we were told we could add an extra hour for the ten dollar difference if we decided. An hour was plenty. There is a few restaurant style bar stools and tables at the back. I did prefer to sit up front because I didn't want mine to slip out the front. This is still a five star review. But maybe an employee or security monitoring the front exit? I'm sure there are cameras, but more visible security would be better.
Jun 19, 2025 · Glen KornhauserAttended a birthday party at Big Air last week and what an amazing time. Kids (and adults) had a blast. Great layout and the staff were very helpful. Thank you to Rylan who was very encouraging on the zip line!
Jun 26, 2025 · Nick HenryThis is the perfect place to get the kids out of the heat but still keep them active and off of screens! We took a large group, ages ranging from 5 - 17 last Saturday and they all had so much fun. Thanks to Rylan and the rest of the staff for a great time!
Jun 26, 2025 · Jessica BlizzardMy kids really enjoyed the activities at Big Air and there was plenty to do. They also have areas for the younger kids so my teens didn't have to worry about them on the larger trampolines. They have a mechanical bull, zip lines, dodgeball, volleyball, several rock walls, and a lot of trampolines. I loved how the employees joined in to play when there were only a few kids that wanted to play dodgeball and volleyball! We got a great deal on their Monday special with 3 hours for $24!
Mar 11, 2025 · Jennifer WilliamsAfter a frustrating birthday party here, we decided to give Big Air another try. We were impressed to see how much the team improved from what we can only imagine was new business growing pains. The bathrooms were clean (this was always true) and the staff was involved and friendly. We especially enjoyed how attentive Lincoln Winslow was to our group of kids. He was friendly, hard working, and made sure the kids were safe. He impressed us with his professionalism (that’s not always easy with a large group) and made the experience a complete success.
