Airtopia Adventure Park - Hemet Reviews
The vibrant colors and music is great but none of the activities (rock climbing, zip line, etc) were open. We were told it would open up “soon” several times within our 2 hour stay but none were available during our visit. Very disappointing.
Jun 19, 2025 · Christina MoralesMy grandsons love coming here! We have passes and come almost every week. The staff, including Kayla, are very friendly. The boys always make new friends with the other kids who are here.
Apr 24, 2025 · Wendy CallahanWe spent 200 dollars for all the attractions not to be open (certain attractions are available for certain times during the time your purchased). You also have to purchase their socks for $4 in order to enter their facility, which should be included in their price not as an additional cost. When this place opened it was packed but now we understand why it’s so empty inside.
Jun 15, 2025 · Joshua PerryFun for the whole family! The ropes course was a hit for the older kids! And plenty of courses for my 5 yr old nephew! Great menu options and the food was delicious! The supervisor Augie checked in on us to make sure we were all having a great time! I would highly recommend Airtopia!
Jun 25, 2025 · Heather BurtonAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!I visited this establishment today and witnessed one of the most disgusting and unprofessional situations ever. A child threw up across 50 feet of the main walkway, and the staff took 15 minutes just to throw some kitty litter on it—then left it untouched for another 20 minutes while children played nearby! When I brought my concerns to Manager Angel (an older white woman), she mocked me and claimed it was "fine" because the vomit had "absorbed into the sand." Excuse me?! It's still vomit—a serious health hazard! Instead of properly sanitizing the area, she dismissed my concerns with sarcasm and attitude. As I was leaving, I tried to speak with another manager, but Angel inserted herself again, insisting she had "handled it." When I told her I'd be writing about this, she yelled at me and sarcastically said she "appreciated me." Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in charge. If this is how they handle a literal health violation, imagine what else they ignore. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE.
