The center also understands the needs of a busy family day. Amenities like a food court and dedicated party rooms make it a convenient choice for extended visits or special celebrations. While admission primarily covers the extensive soft play areas and climbing structures, the availability of arcade games for separate purchase adds another layer of entertainment for older children and those who enjoy a bit of friendly competition. Xplore - Port Jefferson Reviews
Great time with my little guys. The climbing jungle gym was a big hit! And the nice girl, where you pick out the toys helped my son by giving us an extra 160 tickets to get what he wanted!
Nov 24, 2024 · Gregory MehrhoffWe went on a Saturday around 5.15 pm. We made a mistake by not checking the closing time, which was 6 pm. When we purchased the tickets, the receptionist did not bother to inform us about it either.Due to the time limitation, only kids were able to explore the slides and the soft playground. Although the kids enjoyed themselves, they wanted to explore more areas like the rope course, but they were informed that activities would stop 10 minutes before the closing time. Furthermore, the staff started cleaning the areas before 6 pm.Additionally, the ticket doesn’t include access to the arcade games; these must be purchased separately. Also, remember to wear socks. Otherwise, you will need to purchase from them. There was a food court and party rooms as well. On a positive note, parents don’t need to purchase tickets and can accompany their children in the play area, even assisting them with the slides. I think this place would be ideal especially on rainy days or during winter.
Mar 15, 2024 · Navanjalee P.W.N.My daughter loves this place and the young workers are all great with the kids but the old manager shouldn’t be around children and needs to learn how to respect people. He was yelling at the top of his lungs for a minute straight with a full house of kids. NO GOOD!
Jun 08, 2025 · John MakosoGreat for children under 10. They have arcade games, bounce-house-slides, mini ropes course with mini zip-line, and a large climbing gym. They also have a small area for the toddlers to climb around safely with your own supervision.NEW...They newly added rock climbing walls which are super fun! They also added a VR multi-player game to occupy the older siblings a bit. They added a small bowling arcade but it doesn't always work and a lazer obstacle arcade (not Lazer tag). It's clean and there's meant to be no shoes on the rugs but since they need them for the ropes and rock walls, it's not easy to enforce. No shoes on the climbing gym and slides and they do sell socks if you forget a pair but you can wear your own socks which is nice (unlike the trampoline gyms).I do not recommend eating there though I think they do have some food.Bday parties are a big thing here on weekends but the crowds are typically still manageable.
Dec 15, 2023 · Nadine WilchesIt's cost $27 to get in. Pretty sure the kid ringing me up tipped himself. $27 to get in and basically all the games cost a dollar to do. Haven't been here in a long time.. probably won't be back for a longer time. Too much money for kids to get bored fast.
