We Rock The Spectrum - Grand Rapids Reviews
I brought my 3-5 year olds and their parents from my Early Childhood Special Education Classroom on a field trip and they had so much fun. It was such a wonderful place for all kids to feel welcome and parents could feel safe knowing that their child could explore freely. The facility was extremely clean and well cared for. The owner was so kind and genuinely cares deeply about meeting the needs of all children. The bathrooms were spacious enough to accommodate power chairs and had changing tables large enough to accommodate adults and there were no hand dryers to bother sensitive ears.
May 02, 2025 · Danielle BostonWe visited for the first time mid morning and definitely will be back! Such a welcoming place for kids of all abilities! Watching my son be able to play and just be his very best self was such a joy! He was able to sing and play with no worries! Our 13 year old found some fun things to do and the waiting area is visible so we could have everyone in the same place at once! Can’t wait to stop in again!
Apr 12, 2025 · Andria CrimWe LOVED Rock the Spectrum! Well worth our 30 minute drive there. Our 5.5 and 3 year old were entertained for hours! They have created a warm and welcoming space for families of all ages and abilities. We will definitely be back!
Mar 16, 2025 · Carrie VanDeRoerWe hosted my daughter’s 4th birthday at We Rock the Spectrum and it was nothing short of perfection! It’s her favorite spot to play and as parents of an autistic child we love taking her there. We’re able to let her freely play and know she’s safe and among people and kids that just understand her needs. We had 8 children total and probably around 20 adults and every single person had so much fun! Everyone said it was such a fun party and loved seeing our daughter so happy! The staff there was super helpful, answered questions, kept up with snow that was tracked in and helped with clean up. It was low pressure and the most fun, as a hostess that I’ve been able to have in any party I’ve planned for our daughter. Normally I’m running around like a mad woman but having the very clean party room for food and a place to land on top of the entire play area was just fun and easy. I would highly recommend We Rock for any family that wants the experience of hosting an amazing party for the neurodivergent kiddo! So thankful for this safe and inclusive place in our community! Just like the quote on their wall “Finally, a place where you don’t have to say ‘I’m sorry’”
Feb 13, 2025 · Ashley LeeuwThe We Rock team helped pull off an amazing and memorable event for my son’s 7th birthday. Even when he was overstimulated they paid attention to that and provided support and solutions to make sure he continued to enjoy himself. They accommodated last minute arrangements and made everything effortless. Thank you so much!!! I would highly recommend!
