Sky Zone Grand Rapids Reviews
Visited on a Tuesday evening. Almost couldn't find the building as the Skyzone sign is a bit small and faded. Paid $12 per child for a 90 minute jump and $3.99 for a pair of socks. They specified that slides are for ages 5 and up and kids under age 6 need to be watched at all times. There are lots of fun jumping areas, including a ninja course for younger kids. There are benches for parents to sit and watch. There is also food for sale. Parts of the building seem outdated.Overall, good experience and my kids had a great time.
Sep 04, 2024 · Gwenevere MuellerI purchased the epic party package for my daughter's birthday and we were very pleased! There's a good selection of things to do for the kiddos, the staff were all attentive and helpful, and the pizza was good. Eliana was our party host and she was great! Very kind and helpful.
Apr 14, 2025 · Traci SmithWent for my oldest sons birthday. We all had a great time. . . Kids loved the slides there. We went early afternoon and wasn’t crowded. What I paid was good price. We have something similar near us but would of paid double the price with less activities. (We dont have the slides or the obstacle course)They also have full basketball court.. fun fun fun we will be going back.
Oct 09, 2023 · Jessica HawkinsWonderful place to take your kids age 3-14 I'd say. Great selection of slides, courses, zip lines, trampolines and even a small rock wall. Averages about 17-20$ per child for about 1.5 hrs. Plus $5 for a pair of socks. They have a concessions spot for drinks and food.
Mar 30, 2025 · Mel CFrom the beginning this visit didn't go well...the young cashier told me to pay for the toddler pass, it's cheaper and 90 minutes. I said no thank you I want all day pass, she proceeded to tell me 90 minutes is enough, I again said no I'd like the all day my kids will surpass 90 min. (4 hours 30 minutes they played) I'm the Mom, and customer, I knew what was needed.Restaurant staff was the best, I asked can I clear a table off to sit and she came out and cleared all the tables. People really leave stuff to hold all 5 or 6 tables that's crazy to think as adults we can call dibs...No really great toddler area, they need enclosed with no big kids. Staff nonstop pressed my 1 & 4 yo to not walk together, get in separate squares. I get the rules, but repeat 1 & 4, and also I got it, I'd separate them. They'll do it 20 more times tho, that's what toddlers do. Again a specific toddler space is needed. Plus I witnessed teenagers sharing squares, nothing was said to them, but it was obvious they were the staffs family they called her by name. She texted and gossiped the entire time we were there. I dont believe we will ever return, the place in Jenison has toddler frie day spaces.... this location needs better staff and Trainging.
