Vertical Jump Park - Erie Reviews
Run by teenagers who wear earbuds and ignore the kids who are jumping into unsafe situations. My child dislocated his elbow while he was here and he was not doing things that were unsafe because I keep an eye on them. Don’t trust the staff.Do not sign in agreement with this company. They make it difficult to get out of memberships and none of the teenagers who work there know anything about how to cancel your membership. It took demanding the cancellation paperwork in order to get it.And you give them your credit card when you do, so prepared to cancel a credit card in order to cancel their membership. This is the type of company that Will send you to collections when you’re completely unaware that they’re charging you still.
May 08, 2025 · A GWe stopped in at this trampoline park to allow my children a chance to get some sensory input and regulation before a long flight home. The facility is nice. There is a good mixture of trampolines, rides, ninja warrior course, arcade, areas to climb jump and crash. Very fun overall experience. My children have had a good time getting their wiggles out and getting their sensory input. The facility seems clean and was not over crowded. The restrooms are clean. The staff is quick with clean up of spills. Seems like it would be a fun place to have a birthday party. We will likely come again in the future when we are visiting family. Only lost stars bc of not being ADA friendly. After paying for our passes we were asked to contain our service dog (a 17 lb cockapoo) to only the lower level away from the trampoline park. Since our son will be accessing mainly the trampoline park our dog is unable to do her job bc she is being denied access to him. As such we agreed to put her in her bag during our visit. We could have used her during the visit as 4 times my son eloped toward the front door and I had to bolt after him since our dog was unable to do her job and retrieve him. Normally I'm not too bothered but I am currently recovering from a broken rib and bad knee so taking chase when we have the dog who is trained to do it was inconvenient. Altogether we had a fun experience but just be aware if you have a service dog that you need constant access to that this place is not ADA friendly and your dog may be restricted from doing their work.
Jun 11, 2024 · Michelle StoddardWent for daughters birthday and went tried to combine all cards for her to get prize they said they couldn’t combine cards. I asked where is sign and it is posted to the side and not at check in. We left without getting her a prize from the points. Ahhh. Do better and post sign at check in or tell groups.
Sep 15, 2024 · Penny HermannHeight restrictions for alot of the stuff. They don't even have all the areas open all the time. The ninja course is 3-4 kids at a time and can stay in as long as they want so your kid can be waiting forever. Ninja course area isn't always open. Lady at the front desk was nice in trying to be helpful but definitely better jump parks around.
Feb 22, 2025 · Kristen StatesWe went there for my friends birthday party and wound up having to spend more money because the worker doing the prizes messed up scanning the wrong card spending the wrong persons ticket and we had to add more money to the card so she could get her prize the employees were extremely rude about the situation and gave no solutions to help. Another one of us had used the ticket claw machine but the tickets didn’t register to her card we asked the manager and all she responded with was that “the magnet must be messed up and there’s nothing we can do about it” once again providing no solution causing us to add more money to another card. The workers were all around rude and dismissive. There were also absolutely no signs saying that you could not combine cards points and two of us got rudely dismissed by the boy behind the counter
