Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
The biggest rip off ever!! We used to love chuckee cheeses! It was a weekly ritual! Birthday parties there! The past 2 years it’s been going downhill but then it has gotten to the point where you can hardly win a candy after $60 of play points! I will attach a picture of the cards my daughter won. 59 cards! Each card used to be worth 30 tickets then some time down the road it was reduced to 15 tickets, now same game no warning, cards are worth NOTHING!!!! Apparently there’s 1 card out of 600 that you have to get to complete the set! Makes NO sense!! This is the only game my daughter played, she left with NOTHING!!! Now how do you have a game that a kid plays for an hour that is supposed to dispense cards by landing with a coin exactly on circle, and gets the winning cards, and they aren’t worth a thing? It’s a simple rip off! Kids come to play, they come to win prizes! You are taking the joy away with these cheap new rules. It’s also not just this game, most games give 1-10 tickets. On top of that, you go ahead and raise the cost for the prizes. We will not be coming back weekly anymore and spending $60+. Id rather take my business to Rollhouse in mentor which gives a chance for a good ticket payout and amazing prizes that aren’t an arm and a leg. For $25 at Rollhouse you get 140 play points and it lasts a while! Most of their games are 4 credits or less. I’m disappointed Chuckee Cheese!
Apr 06, 2025 · Kåwįį VįdęøšI'll start with the good. Table was setup and ready for us and the pizzas we had were good. Now the bad. Our party host seemed extremely overwhelmed. Lost count of how many times she apologized to me. Got charged for a extra kid. We were missing one wrist band from the wrist band bag she gave us that had all the cards in it. We added a extra kid to bring our party to 11 kids. We were charged for 12 kids. The kid gaming area was overcrowded. The worst thing of all was the person that was supposed to be at the front door stamping hands was gone for the duration of the time we were there. Meaning any kid just could of walked out by themselves or with someone else. Daughter did have fun but unsure if we'll be back.
Feb 01, 2025 · Randy ButlerWe had my sons birthday party here last weekend. The party area was average, and the hype wasn't quite there. The most important notable point is that we all got violently ill that night. My son puked all over his bed after his birthday party that night, my daughter missed school the next day. I was also ill. I dine out for a majority of my meals, so I decided that yesterday, I'd put it to the test. I ate a piece of the leftover pizza, and without doubt, I was sick as a dog. The atmosphere is ok, but the food is simply not safe. We have been ill almost every time we left here and eaten the food over the last two years, this was the worst. Lastly, my son stacked up enough points to get a Tonka set. We got home, amd half the pieces were missing. We waited 15 minutes for a manager, because of all the employees on the floor, no one was of age to be allowed to climb a ladder to retrieve the toy...which by the way, they pulled ones from the back that did not match what was on the actual shelf. A complete let down, not ever going to repeat this experience.
Apr 17, 2025 · k AnthonyWhen will the I.T internet people fix the app so we can buy the fun passes? I've been waiting weeks. This is ridiculous! No option to buy at the store either. Would be nice if they'd FIX the issue. The place itself is 5 stars and the workers are great. It's the people who wont fix the website so I can buy fun passes since the option isn't at the store. please fix it! The staff at this location has been begging for them to fix it to but they claim its the customers cards but its not even trying to charge the cards. Fix it!
