Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews

May 05, 2025 · Ria MathewMy daughter enjoyed her birthday here today, her and her friend played there heart out today and had a great time...we will back for out daughter next event...love it....
Mar 01, 2025 · Charlie MosesMy 5 year old grandsons bday party was there. The package was 10 kids and room for $500 (she took cake, decorations and bought pizzas). Several kids came and some brought siblings and more than 1 in a couple cases. The bill at the end was $950. Come to find out they had gave 6 parents armbands at $25 each at the door. With that many adults getting them I feel sure they didn't know she was getting charged nor did she! So just the place w/o food and decor ended up being $950. I'd suggest writing the names of only the kids on the invite and tell them NO MORE THAN THAT! Also, there's absolutely nothing in the place that prevents someone from taking your kid right out the door!!! No matching armbands or anything. It was also very dark in their (my friend said it wasn't when she went). The good thing about it is there's lots to do!!
Jan 02, 2025 · Charlene HallmanWe came here with friends to celebrate one of our child's birthday parties. When you first walk in and finish waivers, you wait about 40 minutes in line. No, the line was not long they had 1 person checking us in, and she was very slow and very rude. Had to come back because she gave us the wrong bracelets and then charged me again after her mess up. We'll okay, that's fine. The lockers aren't working, so there is that. The things inside were fun. My kids enjoyed that. Here is the nasty part, aside from the disgusting bathrooms with actually human poop rubbed on the walls and toilet tissue, there is more. You wait at least an hour for food or drink in line. Not because yet again there were many people there it was the 2 women not caring. They took their sweet time. Well, while the lady is taking your order, she keeps putting her hair up and down over and over again, with no gloves, and handles the food and drinks. I wasn't hungry anymore after that, nor were my kids. The employees here really are some of the worst I have ever seen. I honestly may never be back to this location. This was just so disappointing after spending about $300 alone in here.
Mar 10, 2025 · Jessica EstesOverall terrible experience if I could 0 stars I would whole place is just ghetto. This was my first time here and staff on the floor were less than helpful too lazy to assist anywhere and at one point even to help find a basketball for one of the zones. Go karts were broken and people smoking in the building also fights breaking out. Just don’t waste your money unless you want to have a terrible time go to somewhere in Warner robins.
