May 14, 2025 · Meghan PorterThis place is completely unsafe and unsanitary. The bathrooms are terrible as well. I mean doors off stalls and all! There’s no supervision, the teenagers literally take over the dodgeball, foam pit, basketball area the free jump space. Even some areas they had open were partially open. So the just roped off what couldn’t be used. Because there was no supervision, the kids would use the broken areas anyway. This establishment is also under construction so you lose 3-4 areas because of it. It takes an hour and a half to get your complete order (pizza and wings). Our drinks literally had chlorine in them and they looked at us like they were confused to only finally be told that there was some pipe burst that happened and that caused CO2 to get in our drinks… Someone is definitely paying the health department for them to get a 93 scoring on that kitchen because it was completely atrocious and unclean. Cleaning chemicals were left on the tables where families eat and sit. Teenagers were left roaming empty party rooms… I know because they kept accidentally going in ours. There was no supervision on the behalf of staff there. I do not recommend going to this establishment until you see that they have done better. This place is unacceptable for patrons.
Apr 27, 2025 · Tiana WhiteMy kids were here for a sports clinic. When I arrived I immediately noticed a layer of dirt on the entire place. I saw foam pits with nasty dirty foam. Nasty dirty balls. This is pink eye waiting to happen to a concerned mother. There were attractions down. The kitchen didn’t look clean enough to feed an animal let alone a child. There was dirt and trash inside the ice cream cooler. The arcade was nice and the kids enjoy the trampolines but a thorough cleaning should fix the issue. I’ve also smelled sewage near the kitchen. Overall the place is a little bit run down. Besides the trampolines it’s not a comfortable place to be.
Jan 30, 2025 · Cherokee RoseI've been to Sky Zone several times with my kids and used to really enjoy the experience, but unfortunately, our last couple of visits have been very disappointing. The facility doesn’t seem to be maintained the way it once was—most noticeably, the floors were dirty, which is not only unpleasant but also a safety concern. The snack stand was another frustration. It was closed for random stretches with no explanation, making it hard to get food or drinks when the kids needed a break. On top of that, when we finally did get drinks, they were served with no ice—and then we were charged almost $5 just for a cup of ice. That felt unreasonable. The young man said it was for the cup. I would have just told him to put the ice in the cup he just gave me if I knew he was going to charge this much. Also, the soda machine on the outside of the stand has not worked the last few times we have been in.Check-in was disorganized with long lines and minimal effort to keep things moving efficiently. What really stood out, though, was the lack of staff engagement. Several employees were just standing around chatting, clearly not paying attention to what was going on. There didn't seem to be any management presence at all to guide or support them. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional.Sky Zone used to be a fun, easy outing for families, but sadly, it’s gone downhill. I really hope they take some steps to improve the cleanliness, organization, and customer service soon.
Apr 11, 2025 · Tina JordanThe customer service here is phenomenal! Awesome team work. Attentive staff. I love going to a business and seeing the staff working together. The pizza machine was down, I was offered a refund plus given two 400 credit game cards. The power went out very briefly, I was given two 60 min jump passes. Wow. Above and beyond! Plus the district consultant was here and he had no problem cleaning up an ice cream spill from my son. He then gave my son a free Spiderman ice cream. I'm just overall impressed by this location! Thank yall!
