Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Great fun for grandkids on a day too hot or cold to be outside. The zip line was a big hit! Everything was spotless and well maintained and the staff was friendly and safety conscious.
Jun 21, 2025 · MikiI just want to give a special shoutout to Chloe at the urban air in Holland, MI. My son is 10 and has Autism and she went way above and behind to accommodate him and talk with him and make sure he had a great time at her attraction and I just want to say thank you so much CHLOE 😍. There was also another young lady on the rope climber who did the obstacle with him because he got stuck and wasn’t really getting the hang of pulling the rope with him as he walked. I just want to say thank you both for the amazing customer service and patience. We can not wait to visit again.
Feb 24, 2025 · Ka-Breauna MitchellWe had a great time celebrating our son's 10th birthday at Urban Air Holland. The facility was clean and fun as always. However, I’m leaving a lower rating due to the tipping experience at checkout. The credit card machine only offered preset tip percentages based on the full $400 party package, which included mostly admission—not food or service. My husband asked to enter a custom amount, but that option wasn’t available. When he told the manager the percentage he intended, she said, “How about I just enter $50?”—an amount far higher than what we felt was appropriate, especially considering we didn’t order food or drinks and handled cleanup ourselves. Tips should be voluntary and reasonable, not pressured or inflated. It left us with a bad impression after an otherwise good visit.
Jun 21, 2025 · Laura BartonGreat idea but more than half the activities were closed (outside of the "scheduled" closing of sections throughout the day). Snack bar was closed, main trampoline area was closed, and three employees were in the birthday party room eating and looking at their phones the whole time we were there. For almost $40 per child (including mandatory jump socks even though the trampoline area is closed) this place I'd a total ripoff. If they cleaned it, staffed it and managed it it could be great. Too bad.
Jun 20, 2024 · Derek PrestonWent as a fun trip with my Nephews and it was a ton of fun! The staff are super friendly and encouraging to both kids and adults when it comes to using the equipment. Something that I observed was a staff member helping to time a kid how quick they could complete the ropes course. It puts a smile on my face to see that staff encourage fun! Will come back in the future.
