Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. I booked a trampoline party for my 7 year old in December for a Feb 2025 party and all the trampolines were closed. Main trampoline area - closed, tumbling track - closed, basketball trampoline - closed. The trampoline where you jump or duck - closed (and this was the attraction that my daughter was most excited to do). Sky walk, race track - closed. The dodge ball room as open but it was so full since 7 of their attractions were closed. The ball pit & jungle gym were dangerously full. The line for the climbing area as usually about 5-10 people deep and only 1 person working. I asked for them to staff it more and to their credit they did. How is that safe to have 1 (stressed) teenage kid monitoring all those little kids in harnesses?Like others said they emailed me the night before that "some attractions" were closed. But no specifics. Um, you are a trampoline park with no trampolines available, that deserves a call. I paid $450 for a trampoline party with no trampoline. My daughter and her friends just played hide and seek. And for that price I didn't get food or a private room. Do yourself a favor and book your party at Naperville Yard. They are a well oiled machine and you move to 3 different play rooms and its just your party. The host never set out our waters. The kids were all sweaty and thirsty from running around after being there for an hour. Had to track down our party host to get her to put them out. Shouldn't have that have been down after set up or right as the party started? So disappointing. I truly feel like I was scammed out of $450.
Feb 10, 2025 · Stephanie CoughlinPlease DO NOT patronize this place whether it is for a day visit, birthday party, or definitely not a membership. The owners are running it to the ground. Every visit something else closes. I signed up for a year-long membership when pretty much everything was operational and now their corporate office is not giving any discounts or allowing me to cancel the membership early due to these issues that were unforeseen when I initially signed up 4-5 months ago. What kind of trampoline park has its main attractions closed? This blows my mind and frustrates me to no end as now I’m wasting hundreds of dollars over the course of this membership.About 75% of the place is not open or remotely operational and still charging nearly full price. How far gone does this have to go before they start maintaining it or charging accordingly?
Feb 16, 2025 · Jeremy DavisMe and my family took my daughter here for her birthday over the weekend because she really wanted to go back! I was a little concerned due to some circumstances regarding my membership renewal but the manager Chase really made everything extremely easy and ensured that my daughter and my families experience was as wonderful as I wanted it to be.I do hope that more of the attractions will be up and running as I plan to throw her a party there towards the end of the month and it’s so much fun there it would be great to fully immerse in all that the facility has to offer! But yes! Chase was attentive, professional, very accommodating. The staff were amazing as well. There was great energy, very welcoming, and it was clean! Very happy and appreciative for how the day turned out.
Jun 17, 2025 · Ms MarandaHuge place with different things for all ages to playConsidering alot of the games were closed or broken, the $38 price tag for one entry isnt worth it. I mean I can see there 10+ go-karts but yet only 4 were running lolIf you are able to even make it in once a month you should seriously consider buying the monthly pass at $18 a month, the only catch you have to commit for 12-months!No complaint about the staffs tey were all nice and helpful!
Dec 31, 2024 · Sum LauHad our child's birthday party here. Overall experience was fantastic. Party plans clearly laid out along with prices online. Easy to customize options. Great communication prior to the date. Jordan was our party host and he was absolutely amazing. Fully involved and kept order in an otherwise chaotic day. Very responsive, organized, efficient. We had an issue where go karts were not available for the day of the visit but they made things right in the end. Everyone was raving about how awesome Jordan was. Customer service and party host here truly made Urban Air stand out as the place to beat when it comes to bday parties for kids from a parent perspective. The kids loved all the options (more than just a typical trampoline park) and didn't want to leave even by closing time. Great job!
