Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Came here yesterday with my mom and sister and we had a blast. There is so many things to do here but one thing I wish they had more of is foam pits. They only have one small foam pit and it’s not that deep. The trampolines r a lot of fun and they also have a big jungle Jim that is included in admission price, the climbing walls and zip line thing is the extreme pass which we didn’t get but next time we come we will. There is a trampoline park closer to our house we visit but we came up here to meet some friends. We would come back if we were in the area again . Just warning it’s busy on the weekends with party’s and stuff. We came on a Sunday.
Jun 09, 2025 · Big web 45Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very disappointing, especially regarding how they treat children with special needs — particularly those with autism. There is absolutely no care or consideration for their unique needs, and the staff shows no respect or understanding. They treat these children just like everyone else, without the slightest effort to accommodate them.In addition, access to the climbing area is completely unorganized and seems to depend on the staff’s mood. Sometimes they allow three kids in, sometimes four, and occasionally their friends join with no clear rules or structure. Both the management and the staff need serious reevaluation and proper training on how to interact respectfully and professionally — especially when it comes to children who require special support.I sincerely hope things improve in the future because all children deserve a safe and respectful environment.
