For residents across Chester County, Delaware County, and beyond, accessing this destination is generally convenient, making it a popular choice for family outings.
East Lancaster Avenue (US Route 30) is a major road, ensuring that the park is easily identifiable and reachable whether visitors are driving from within Downingtown, Exton, West Chester, or other neighboring communities. As is common in suburban Pennsylvania, driving is the primary mode of transportation for most families visiting such entertainment venues. The location typically offers ample parking, which is a practical benefit for those arriving with multiple children or for large group events. This ease of access contributes significantly to Urban Air's role as a go-to spot for active recreation and celebratory gatherings for Pennsylvania locals.
---- Trampoline Arenas: The core of Urban Air features extensive wall-to-wall trampolines, including freestyle jump areas and performance trampolines (ProZone) for more advanced jumpers, gymnasts, and acrobats.

- Kids Area 7 & Under: For the youngest adventurers (typically 7 years old and under), there is a dedicated "The Bowl" trampoline area and age-appropriate attractions like the Tubes Playground, ensuring a safer and less overwhelming environment for toddlers and small children.
- Birthday Party Packages: Urban Air excels at hosting memorable birthday parties. They offer various packages that typically include jump time on attractions, access to private party rooms or designated tables, and dedicated party hosts. Food and drink options, most commonly pizza and beverages, are usually included or available as add-ons.

- Engagement for All Age Groups: With specific attractions and areas tailored for different age groups—from the "Kids Area 7 & Under" designed for toddlers and small children, to more challenging courses and performance trampolines for older kids and adults—Urban Air genuinely provides a fun and stimulating environment for the entire family.
- On-Site Dining Convenience: The Urban Café is a significant feature, allowing guests to grab quick and popular food items like pizza, snacks, and refreshing drinks without having to leave the park. This convenience is crucial for extended visits and party functions.
- Focus on Active Play and Physical Development: The entire park is designed to encourage movement, agility, and strength. Attractions like the Warrior Course and Climbing Walls offer physical challenges that help build coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun, non-traditional setting.
It's important to acknowledge that like any high-volume entertainment venue, operational challenges can sometimes arise. One customer review mentioned concerns about the quality of food service (e.g., how pizza and fries were served) and perceived lapses in staff supervision in certain areas like the Dodgeball zone, leading to an incident. While this specific experience highlights areas for potential improvement in consistent oversight and service delivery, other reviews emphasize positive experiences with staff attentiveness and overall enjoyment for children. This suggests that while there may be occasional inconsistencies, the park generally provides a highly enjoyable experience for its visitors, particularly for birthday celebrations where children often "really enjoyed themselves" and families "will return."

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Good luck with taking your good here for a Fun Time.Quality of service went down the hill from food service to staff overwatch. I was there for a birthday party between 5-8pm.I watched the servicer for our room party as they throw pizza on the kids' plates at time of serving and same for the fries, Thank God, they had ONE of their hand gloved, struggling to separate the pizza from the cutter pie.I watched the staff who were supposed to overwatch the Dogde ball area were chilling by the area, barely doing his job. I witnessed a kid Smack, another kid in the back of his head as he lost in the battle. The injured kid was crying. I escalated to the Staff right after I raised my voice to the kid to play nice, all I see the staff did was go to talk to the kid (bad). The bad kid looked at me and smiled then continous on with his play. That is unacceptable. The parent and family of the bad kid, finally took him out and left Urban Air AFTER. From What I see the good kid parents and friends all came and raised hell. This place used to be great, but as soon I as step foot in, I gotna bad vibe about this place. Hence, I shadow my kids while they are at play.

Feb 24, 2025 · Phillys PharrahThis is definitely a place where kids will enjoy being there for playing or attending a birthday party. They have 2 types of parties available. One book with a private room for the party Or you can book tables that are available outside. As you enter the facility, you will have waiver fill out screens, and on completion, you will get a checkin slip. Then you can join your party. The party assistant will receive the check-in slip and provide your wristband. If you are on your own, then you can stand in the line and purchase the wristband. The play area is huge and contains several activities. For kids, they have a rock climbing area which seems to be always crowded. The next area with more lids is the Dodge ball area.It will be good if they have more rock climbing areas. They do have a food area available for purchase contained pizza, pretzel, French fries, and chicken. The restrooms are maintained.OK, but the trash cans around the facility always seem to be overflowing. They have to do a good job in terms of maintaining the place. Otherwise, this is like any other party facility where it will always be kids running around and very loud .
May 08, 2024 · Ramesh D FoodieThis place could be great with some changes to the staffing and some oversight of the employees.1. The cleanliness... the jungle gym he trash and piles of dirt through it. The bathrooms are usually not clean with no paper towels if you go later in the day and if you say anything to the staff, the roll their eyes.Staff are wearing their shoes onto the trampolines. I have been at trampoline parks that there is a line of where you can and cannot wear shoes. That includes anyone just going to watch the kids jump and staff. These places are much cleaner.2. Oversight of the employees... I went to take my daughter to the family bathroom but was just behind a male employee going in there. We went to the regular bathroom and he was still in there when we walked out, blaring music. It seems like they are using this as a break room.3. Equipment wearing out... the foam pit blocks all seems to be somewhat falling apart. And on our last visiting, there were pieces from the foam covering the railings for the walking laying on the ground. Also, this place is always a million degrees inside. They could save a little money on the hear bill by not cranking the heat up so much.
