iFLY Indoor Skydiving - King of Prussia Reviews
I had no idea I was going indoor skydiving until my husband sat me down and made me watch a video. Instant excitement. Instant terror. I mean, sure, I said I wanted to go skydiving—but, you know, in a “someday” bucket list kind of way. Not a “guess what you’re doing today” situation. But once we got there, my instructor Craig made everything way less intimidating. He didn’t just run through the basics—he actually explained why things work the way they do, which helped a lot when it was time to suit up and step in.And flying? Absolutely wild. It’s weirdly natural, but also nothing like anything I’ve ever done. Craig made sure I wasn’t just flailing around, and by the end, I was actually having fun instead of just surviving it.If you’re even slightly curious, just go for it. The staff is great, the experience is 100% worth it, and honestly? Way better than whatever else I was planning to do that day.
Jan 31, 2025 · Our Happy-Go-Lucky LifeMy friends took me to ifly today and it seriously was the best birthday gift ever! This place is so fun! They have indoor sky diving down to a science! My friends purchased a group package online! It included 2 flys each and photos & videos. A couple of us added on the high fly! Totally worth it! Everyone will fill out online forms and waivers prior to arrival! Each person is also sent a preflight video to watch to learn hand signals. This information is reviewed several times once onsite as well!Upon arrival we checked everything out! So many fun photo opportunities including angel wings and a step & repeat! We loved to taking photos there and the staff was so accommodating about leaving time before and after for photos!Once you arrive everyone gets weighed individually but their weight is concealed for privacy! There are set weight limits so check to see if you are within the range. There are no exceptions! Once you get your wrist band you move on to get your fly suit and helmet. I used the helmet with the face covering and I highly recommend this option! This avoided the wind hitting me directly in the face and made allowed me to focus on the experience mates of just the wind! There were about 10 of us in our class. Each person got to fly twice! We rooted and cheered for everyone as they went up and out of the tube! Watching people you care about experience this up close was really such a fun experience! Being together doing this crazy thing was so fun!Our instructor Sam was amazing! Honestly all of the employees were so kind and willing to do whatever they could to make this a memorable experience including flashing me a happy birthday message while I was in the tunnel flying! Sam made us all feel comfortable and she was so good at what she does! At the end of everyone's flights she did an amazing show of her skills in the tunnel! She's got some serious talent and she and the rest of the crew really love what they do! Their enthusiasm is contagious and really added so much value to the experience! My only constructive feedback is that it would have been cool to have a camera in the tunnel to capture the high fly. You really go off screen alone you start getting higher. It also would have been cool to have someone video from outside of the tunnel so bring friends to watch and record! One last suggestion...bring cash to tip your instructor! I was glad I had cash on me! You can not add this to your credit card payment and they do not have cash to break bills.I can not recommend this experience enough! This was something that all of us will remember for a very long time! Thank you iFly for making this experience something so very special!
Apr 14, 2025 · Robyn HI wasn't the flyer, but my mom loved every second. Happy BDay!!!!! The staff/instructors were all helpful and accomdating with her helmet switch and instructions for everyone. Apr 08, 2025 · Dezaray S.CIf I could give zero stars, I would have.We won a four flight voucher at a school fundraiser as part of a Yes Day basket for a family of four to use and had made the appointment online for all four of us to go and redeemed the four flight voucher. I did the waivers for all of us online, paid extra for the high flight for all four of us, and then when we got there, we were told by staff and the manager that the four flight voucher was for one person only. He said he couldn’t split the four flights in any way, so we ended up having to pay an additional $80 and that was just so that our boys could fly (my wife and I would have to watch or pay more). We ended up paying just for the boys to fly, so the experience ended up costing us $160 between the two flights for the boys and the extra cost for the high flight add on. The flights themselves were a minute each. Our dog passed away unexpectedly two days ago and we drove over an hour to King of Prussia to try and give them a nice day of slime (the other part of the package) and then family skydiving to take their (and our) mind off the sadness we experienced the last few days. The whole experience ended up being extremely frustrating. I feel like they should have made it clear when they donated that the four flights were only for one person and that they couldn’t be split for four people to each fly. We even let them know about our dog passing and asked if they could please understand and they wouldn’t budge. Would not recommend. Awful customer service. Fail.As a follow up to this, after reaching out to corporate via messenger, the on site manager came out and provided us with a 10 flight voucher that can be shared among our four family members to be used for a future date. Jared at KOP and Evan in corporate office, we appreciate you.
Apr 25, 2025 · Eric FordGreat place. It was a very simple process getting checked in and getting ready to take flight. At walk in, you are registered which consists of signing waivers and other safety documents. You are weighed. They need that information so they are able to guage the Wind speed requires for your flight. You then are given a flight suit, helmet, and goggles, and your flight instructor goes over all of the movements and procedures you'll go through once inside the wind chamber. There is a demonstration and then you are ready to go. Many different packages to choose from that range in experience levels. All in all, really cool experience and great fun!
