Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We went as a senior group trip! We had the place to our self before they opened. It was pretty cool. I couldn't imagine this place crowded, tho. Its kinda small area. The students enjoyed themselves, tho! They got a chance to just let loose and have a little fun and get some exercise. I think everyone enjoyed the go karts the best, lol. If you like jumping, it's cool, but you can't flip, its not permitted. I jumped a couple of times, did the zip line activity, and the go-kart! The go karts were really fun, and I'm 47 yrs old. lol all the staff enjoyed the go karts 😆 they have a lil game room oh and a climbing activity and so VR thing. For a lil kid, this would be something really nice to take your grand kid. It's pricey, basically $40 to do everything. So depending on how many kids you got, you could spend some cash. But overall it was clean, bathroom were also very clean too! I enjoy my day at Urban Air!
Jun 05, 2025 · HollywoodCame to my granddaughter‘s birthday party here - they rented two rooms for the birthday party. We had 40 guests total in the two rooms and we were pouring sweat. We asked the manager to come in and adjust the temperature and they refused. Absolutely ridiculous for what they paid for those rooms. If the manager would’ve come in there themselves for an event, they would’ve expected someone to adjust the temperature. There’s a thermostat mounted right there on the wall that we were not allowed to access, and there are individual mini split units in there for guest comfort - absolutely no excuse! The food was disgraceful. The french fries were undercooked - hard in the middle - soggy on the outside. The pizza crust dough was not fully cooked. It’s like they rushed everything in the kitchen. It’s a cool place with lots to do for the kids. But it didn’t seem very sanitary. The one bright spot was Elizabeth - our party coordinator, she was fantastic and worked hard to keeping us happy in spite of her manager not caring about guest comfort.
Apr 01, 2025 · Duane OursExtremely disappointing experience. The first manager I worked with, appeared untrained and unfamiliar with their new system, which caused significant delays and confusion. I was charged $120 for my children to play for only 40 minutes — and was also overcharged. When I asked to speak with the owner to address the issue, I was told he “comes and goes,” and no one could say when he’d be available. For the price, I expected far better organization, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. I would not recommend it and will not be returning
Jun 11, 2025 · Mz. TishI was excited to come here on Saturday with some friends. I understand that Saturdays are probably the busiest day of the week for a place like this so i made sure to get there early to our arrival window after purchasing my tickets in advance online. This location at Crocker park was PACKED the line to check in was under the ropes course. Half the children on it had their harnesses on incorrectly. There is absolutely no way it is safe to have that many people on these attractions. Regardless we waited nearly 40 minutes in line to even check in (almost missing the 6-6:30 minute check in window even after arriving early) we did eventually get to talk to the worker at the desk, they couldn’t pull up my tickets I had made an account that day to buy the tickets as I had never been here before and they were able to find my account but not my tickets (I had paid $91 for 2 tickets). They still had me sign a waiver and they kept walking away from me to find a manger who still could not help or tell me what was going on. I was never offered a refund or entry into the park or anything really for that matter I was just told to dispute any charges from them with my bank. When another person from my group asked for a refund as well since my tickets weren’t able to be found. the manger said she would go ask the GM about it and we waited there for ANOTHER 30 minutes without her returning before we eventually just gave up and left, all in all we were there just under 2 hours with no service, no refund, nothing. I also work in customer service management and I truly do understand how frustrating and overwhelming is can be when it gets that busy. Having no communication with your employees and customers is frustrating for your staff and customers. Not to mention having seemingly no regulation on how many people can buy tickets to enter and packing people in so close and not monitoring the children when using roping climbing equipment not to mention all the other attractions here is unsafe.
Apr 27, 2025 · olivia odellHorrible establishment, will never set foot there again. I do not recommend it to anyone. We stood in line for 50 minutes with my daughter to ride the cars. And they did not let us in because I did not have a bracelet with me. I went back with it, and again they did not let us in to ride. They sent us back to a new line, although only 1 minute had passed since I returned. My daughter was very upset. My daughter is 7 years old and she doesn't know how to ride on her own. And this children's establishment smelled very much of marijuana. I do not recommend it to anyone.
