Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce
For families across Minnesota, particularly those in the southern Twin Cities metropolitan area, finding dynamic and engaging indoor entertainment that can be enjoyed year-round is a significant quest. With Minnesota's distinct seasons, an indoor amusement park that offers thrilling attractions and a space for active play, regardless of the weather, is a valued resource. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Apple Valley aims to be a premier destination for high-energy fun, offering a diverse array of attractions for children and families.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park positions itself as more than just a trampoline park; it's designed as a full-scale adventure park. With various attractions beyond traditional jumping surfaces, it seeks to provide a comprehensive indoor experience that caters to a wide range of interests and age groups. The Apple Valley location strives to create an environment where visitors can engage in physical activity, challenge themselves, and create memorable experiences with friends and family.
The concept behind Urban Air is to transform an indoor space into an exciting playground where visitors can literally bounce off the walls and embark on various adventures. This includes an assortment of trampolines, from expansive open jump areas to specialized performance trampolines for more advanced jumpers. Beyond the trampolines, the park typically features a variety of unique attractions designed to test agility, strength, and courage, offering a dynamic and engaging environment for those looking for an active outing. For parents in Minnesota, especially during the colder months or inclement weather, such an indoor facility can be an invaluable option for children to expend energy and stay active.
One customer review highlighted the potential for fun, stating, "This was a lot of fun. We went on a weekday so it wasn't very busy but the people doing food didn't do a very good job." This suggests that when the park is not overcrowded, visitors can have an enjoyable experience. The presence of food services, even if inconsistent in quality, offers convenience for families spending an extended period at the park.
However, it is crucial for prospective visitors to be aware of significant concerns raised by other customers, particularly regarding safety, supervision, and facility cleanliness. One highly critical review stated, "Terrible. Very overpriced. Every attraction completely overrun with unsupervised children. Unsafe conditions on most attractions. The pit below the joust filled with three and four-year-old children. The Ninja course had *dozens* of children using the ball pit as just a playground. It was completely unusable as a Ninja course because small children were on and under every attraction element. The ball pit reeked of urine. A large soda was spilled on the floor and was still there a half hour later. Inadequate staff presence. All but one of the staff I interacted with were helpful, but there just weren't enough of them. However, one staff was just hanging out with two unpaid friends, completely ignoring his work, and his two friends were intimidating customers. The facility was absolutely filthy. Every garbage can filled to overflowing, and no one taking care of any of it. Spend your money elsewhere. Someone is going to get hurt there, and these one-star reviews will show that it is due to a pattern of negligence. Don't trust the safety of your children to a place that is so poorly run that it can't keep the trash cans emptied." This detailed account raises serious questions about the operational management and safety protocols at the Apple Valley location. Another reviewer mentioned their daughter getting "double bounced by a grip of kids" resulting in a "bow fracture and is in a boot for 8 weeks," further underscoring potential safety issues related to supervision and adherence to rules. While this reviewer "was impressed with the facility and the fun," they "would have liked to see more supervision." These reviews indicate that while the concept of the park is appealing, the execution in terms of safety, cleanliness, and supervision at this specific location may be a significant concern for families.
For families considering a visit or a party at Urban Air Apple Valley, it is highly recommended to visit the facility first, observe the conditions, and understand the terms of any passes or memberships. Urban Air does offer various attractions designed for different age groups, and the potential for active fun is there, but customer feedback suggests that operational aspects need careful consideration. The ultimate goal for any amusement park is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, and it is important for potential visitors to assess if these standards are consistently met.

However, prospective visitors, and particularly those considering a visit or a membership at this specific Apple Valley location, must be fully aware of and weigh the serious concerns raised in recent customer reviews. Jun 08, 2025 · Jared MortonThis was a lot of fun. We went on a weekday so it wasn't very busy but the people doing food didn't do a very good job. My daughter also got double bounced by a grip of kids (said they were all doing it for 10-15 minutes - which i thought there were rules over and she has a bow fracture and is in a boot for 8 weeks. I was impressed with the facility and the fun, but would have liked to see more supervision and places to plug your device in while the littles play.
Jun 23, 2025 · E FAM (EFAM)What can I say. The daughter was excited to go. On arrival the staff looked forced to be there not a smile in the house. They don't seem to want to help either without scuffing their feet when asked how to hook your child into a safety harness... now on to the food... just don't do it..fries were undercooked big time still raw. Wings were these very hard things under the size of a normal chain nugget, and the sauce was neither lemon or peppery.. if they served decent food and the staff smiled and was into customer service I would have given a 5 star.. but my first time was very underwhelming
Mar 26, 2025 · Adam CarneyUrban Air Apple Valley is seriously awesome! The energy in the building is nonstop and perfect for kids (and even teens) to have a blast. There’s a great mix of activities—from trampolines to ropes courses—and everything feels safe and well-maintained. The staff are super welcoming and keep things running smoothly. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or for a party, you’ll have a great time. Definitely one of the best indoor parks around!
Jun 23, 2025 · Amine MouzanWe have the membership and deeply regret it.My wife got pregnant and can not longer use it and they refused to cancle her membership because its not a "disability" but yet they say pregnant women aren't aloud to jump (correct they shouldnt!)The arcade is a huge waste, no tickets to be earned and the claw machines are set to open on rise so even if you get a solid grab you will see it flex back open when it gets to the top.No to mention half the games don't work right because they are jammed up with cups, water bottles and things from other games.Children constantly get hurt as staff do zero to regulate anything. A kid peed in the ball pit and kids just kept going in while staff watched. Kids constantly break safety rules that get others(non rule breakers) hurt but staff just watches.Harnesses are more often put on incorrectly or loose and sometimes they just have the kids putting them on themselves. The foods not a bad price though. The kids have fun but be prepared to get after other people's kids who have no respect. Our membership can't end soon enough.
