Ultimate Kids - Home of Tumblebees Reviews
Disappointing Experience at Ultimate Kids GymI have been to many gyms in the past, but my experience at Ultimate Kids Gym has been frustrating, especially due to the behavior of the front desk staff. Each time I interact with them, I’m met with an unwillingness to help and a lack of professionalism. They make me feel uncomfortable, and the atmosphere is far from welcoming. As an international visitor, I sometimes feel that my concerns are not taken seriously, which has made the experience even more unpleasant. It’s disheartening when you’re simply seeking a friendly and supportive environment for your children, but instead are met with such negativity.Looking at the reviews, it’s clear that other parents share similar concerns about the gym. Many mention the lack of helpfulness and the unwelcoming vibe, which makes me feel even more justified in my experience.I’m happy that the school year is finally over and that we’ll be finding a new place for fun, one that offers a more positive and inclusive atmosphere. I hope the gym takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service for the future.
Jun 19, 2025 · Aicha Slassi SennouWe have loved Tumblebees for all the things! We've done diving both there and at the GAC, we've done Parkour and then both of my kids are doing rock climbing - which I had to partake in the fun. The instructors and so patient, fun and just wonderful with the kids. Great indoor activities to get the energy out!
Nov 01, 2022 · Meredith ParsonsMy son and I just got back from “Mean Girls: The immersive Experience”Oh wait { takes second look at business name} I meant Ultimate KidsWish I would have read all the one star reviews before giving this place a shot. We were a few minutes late…God forbid…and when we arrived were not greeted or instructed anything by the front office staff ( red flag number 1) so just proceeded into the gym behind another mom whom seemed to know what she was doing since we had already prepaid online. Being that no one approached us I just let my son explore like the other kids were doing. After a good ten minutes of free play my son picks up a cone that was on a trampoline and a staff member lets call her Gretchen tells him it needs to stay where he got it ( absolutely in total support of that she just beat me to it for instructing him). My son then proceeds to jump on that trampoline with the cone on it. Once again no clear instructions were given of what he can and cannot do just that we can’t touch and move the cone. All of the sudden we are being instructed well.. yelled at across the gym and immediately I am transported back to middle school being yelled at in front of my peers for wearing too short of a skirt from limited too. Dammit mom why didn’t you TELL me the rules beforehand.By then I’m counting down the minutes till this class is over and we can leave. The amount of uncomfortable I felt at this point was very much like how one feels at a middle school dance and everyone is slow dancing to My Boo by Usher and your on the sidelines watching and acting like you don’t care Gabe from 6th period asked your best friend to slow dance and not you…* coughs* but I digress…My son proceeds to pick up a ball like the other twenty balls laying around the Gym which kids were playing with. Staff person number 3 approaches let’s call her Regina since she as well did not introduce herself.“ He can’t use that ball”at this point I’m just a tad bit annoyed( sarcasm folks I was pissed)“ ok well no one has given us clear instructions on anything of what my son can and cannot do”Regina: …well we go over instructions at the start of class and you trickled in.Me Internally boiling at that logic. Coaxes my child To leave. If you have made it this far on my review/ or are skipping the sarcasm and pop culture references to just read my honest opinion. Don’t do it unless you have a gluttony for reliving your awkward middle school years. Then by all means… enjoy.. you won’t go home without feeling unwelcome, awkward, and insecure…just like old timesIf you want to feel welcomed by a kind staff and assure your child will feel encouraged and supported go to the Little Gym. It’s little in size but much much more big in character and overall satisfaction.
Nov 22, 2024 · Amanda BaylesThe staff is amazing and has helped my baby girl have fun at her weekly practices, but it enrages me seeing how sick the staff is on the regular and how management allows them to come in! This is dangerous for young children and it makes me uncomfortable sending my child to her class when her own coach is constantly coughing and blowing her nose. This isn’t the staff’s issue at all, but rather the management. Please improve your sanitation guidelines or allow your sick staff to go home so our children don’t get sick either!
Oct 18, 2024 · Rocio GutierrezWent here for a toddler playdate! My children loved it! Lots of different things for them to climb and jump on! The gym seemed very clean!
