Thrive Family Fun Center Reviews
This place is horrible. We've been going for years since they opened. They shut down to do a remodel and when I first opened back up it was great. nice and cool inside, so many activities for the kids to do. Now EVERYTHING is broken and out of service, water leaking everywhere and staff only throws a rag on puddles and just leaves it there. Basketball court is deflated, swing above air pad is ripped down, litte jump/duck spinning game is out of service, candy machine is broke. and now it's hot in there again. kids play for 15 minutes and dripping in sweat. Don't waste your time here!
Jun 23, 2025 · Aaron HaleI brought my 3 daughters here to jump for an hour. The trampoline area was fun and seemed well kept. My 3 year old really enjoyed the toddler area. However, the temperature inside was very hot. I was literally sweating just sitting and watching the girls. They got so hot after about 20 minutes they were ready to go. The temperature outside was about 80 and when we left it felt refreshing to step outside.

Nov 23, 2024 · M GravesWe have took our kids on a few occasions since the reopening. First time was for my son’s birthday party. The staff were super helpful and kids had a blast. However, I felt like the price was high for the time of jumping and the amount of food and drink we received. The most recent visit was nice- Sunday as soon as they opened so they weren’t very busy. Once again the staff was super friendly, however the facility was not very clean. I walked around with my toddler and there was quite a bit of spilled food and sticky spots all over the mats and jumping area. The toddler area is awesome for the littles, I just wish there was some safety railing/retaining walls around it because I feel like the little kids are going to take off and fall off the sides.Overall, my kids love coming here and I plan on purchasing a monthly pass for them in the future.
May 18, 2024 · Darrian TurnerWe’ve came on two different occasions. The jump area is great. Our kids absolutely loved it, but when we tried to play in the arcade area the games kept taking our money. Half of the games were out of order. We went to the staff to let them know, they rolled their eyes and said okay. Did not offer a refund. There was a staff member mopping the arcade area and she started huffing and puffing because my kids wanted to play the game she was mopping around. The first time going we went to redeem our points for a prize the computer was down, we completely understood and saved our points for the next time. When the next time came, we tried again and the whole prize area was closed down. We stood there for a minute and no staff said anything just stared at us. We finally just walked out. We’ve spent over $150 each time we go and my kids would rather drive an hour just to go to Chuck E. Cheese now that they have a jump area.
