The Warrior Factory Buffalo North - Williamsville Reviews
The Warrior Factory is great for bigger kids but when it comes to 5 and under they make it impossible for them to have fun. The biggest complaint is for a parent to go inside the fence at a Birthday party that was already paid for, they charged $10 for us to just be inside the fence to watch and help our son. They also charge $10 to anyone else that wants inside including the hosts of the party to take pictures. I get its a business and you need to make money but it's a real quick way to lose a family that could have future warriors in the making.Place is clean, they do have staff helping kids. Party rooms are kept nice.
Apr 27, 2025 · Kym SeissMy daughter attended a birthday party there today and had an amazing time. Paige and Derek were absolutely amazing with the kids! She was the best with hosting the party and Derek was so helpful showing the kids how things are supposed to be done and helping them learn to do obstacles properly. My daughter was amazed with it all. Thank you for having a great facility
Mar 09, 2025 · heather DombrowskasMy son had his 8th birthday party here and it was a blast. The kids all really enjoyed the hour of free play and it was really nice not having to worry about all the food and paper products! The Paige and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful and great! We will definitely use them again for a birthday party in the future.
Feb 09, 2025 · Stacie albuezWe had our son’s birthday here and it was a great experience! All the employees were incredibly kind and so helpful! It made the experience such a breeze. All the kids partied their little hearts out and the employees handled clean up! 5 stars isn’t enough.
Feb 08, 2025 · Karina C.Wish it was made clear on their website that a “participating adult” = a paying adult. Brought my 5 yo nephew today for our first visit and I intended to “participate” and “accompany” him. I thought “participating adult” meant you were actively engaged and involved in your child’s use of the facility. But alas that is not the case here.Upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay $10 to “participate,” which means it’s $30 an hour for a child and their “participating” adult. There were two little boys aged 3 and 5 who were using the facility during the same hour and they were out there without a “participating adult.” I had to help them a few times and while I *never* mind helping a kid, I thought “Hmm, I guess their adult didn’t want to pay to participate.”Other reviews mention helpful staff on the course, but that was not our experience whatsoever other than the manager-type guy who walked through the course a few times and did show us how to use one obstacle in a more effective manner. He was very enthusiastic unlike the female coach who was walking around looking like she disliked both children and her job. I will say the place is extremely clean and well maintained… but they should be able to manage that without charging $10 for “participating adults.” It’s the principle of it more than the price: if you’re going to explicitly request kids under 6 have a “participating adult” with them, there shouldn’t be a charge associated. Given how there was essentially zero “coach” involvement on the course during our open play hour, I definitely would not have wanted my nephew out there by himself. As for my nephew, he jumped right in and had a good time. He did a great job trying new things and he especially loved jumping on the trampolines. I’m glad he had fun on a bitter cold day. However, I would not consider the experience worth $30 an hour and was dismayed with how our entire check-in/surprise payment process was handled. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I hope others can avoid. At the very least, I would hope they’d add “*paying*, participating adult” to the pertinent website description (see attached photo). Also, they could be more welcoming to newcomers if they want them to come again. As for me, I won’t be a “participating adult” here any time soon.
