While the core appeal of delicious pizza and arcade games remains, the park strives to offer additional attractions that make each visit exciting and engaging for all ages.
One of the most highly praised aspects of the Milestrip Rd location, as highlighted by local patrons, is its exceptional service, particularly when it comes to hosting birthday parties. Parents rave about the "amazing" and "super nice and attentive" hosts who make the entire celebration "stress-free." The ease of booking in advance and the transparency regarding costs are also frequently commended, allowing families to plan memorable events within their budget. The positive interactions with staff, as exemplified by a host named Johnny who was "on it immediately" for any need, contribute significantly to a positive and seamless experience, ensuring that families have a truly great time.
However, it's also important to acknowledge that customer experiences can vary. While many laud the smooth party planning and attentive staff, other reviews highlight concerns regarding the general atmosphere, particularly during non-party visits. Issues such as the cleanliness of tables, service attentiveness during busy periods, and the overall ambiance can impact the experience for some visitors. Despite these potential inconsistencies, the consistent positive feedback on birthday parties suggests that for planned celebrations, this Chuck E. Cheese location remains a strong and appealing option for New York families seeking an exciting and convenient venue.

Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
We normally frequent this location but this time we held our daughter’s 6th birthday party here this morning. Everyone had a great time and our personal host Johnny was amazing! Super nice and attentive, anything we needed he was on it immediately. Loved the experience from start to finish. It made our day stress free. Booking the party in advance was easy. Price was highly affordable and they were very transparent when it came to the breakdown of where the costs came from. The kids also loved Chuckie. So many of the parents asked for information on booking for themselves. Will definitely be doing this again.
Apr 26, 2025 · Kathy Wjust moved to the area this weekend. last night was the first night in our house and we wanted to see the area and have a break and let the kids go wild for a little bit. this was the worst experience I have ever had at Chuck’s cheese. the entire place smelled like weed, service was abysmal from all the stoned employees, and for a personal pizza and 2 salads with a drink it cost us $48! wife and I waited 15 minutes when we walked in the door standing at the counter and the attendant smelled so much like weed and was so high he tried to serve the guests who were standing behind us. our sons pizza took 35 minutes to cook. and we had to track down and ask one of their stoned attendance anytime we needed anything because they had no napkins and no silverware anywhere. I’m sorry but when I think of Chucky cheese I think fun clean and safe. not smells like cypress hill concert and the staff is no where to be found getting stoned with every table being dirty we had to clean out own dirty table and a pizza takes 35 minutes. The attendants were so high they literally screwed up every salad dressing label spoon on every dressing.
May 10, 2025 · Colt BrowningWe have a play pass so we go here at least twice a month. My son loves the games and the pizza. The staff is always courteous. But sometimes they are understaffed so it takes a little longer to get served, but usually we have no issue walking in and ordering right away.
Jun 17, 2025 · Monique H.B.Well first my family and I entered and was greeted. But once in we stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes waiting on the attendant to come take our food orders. It then took far longer for my boys to get their pizza than the wait was at the counter. As I sat with my kids waiting for pizza I watched the employee not even rotate the vegetables on the salad bar. All fresh items got placed on top at least I knew it was fresh. Every single dressing was in the wrong spot. Blue cheese was in the ranch, thousand island was in the blue cheese and so forth. It was ridiculous. I had to hunt down silverware to eat with and the entire place reeked of weed. I was very disappointed in the quality of timing to the customers and the even less care for the state of the salad bar.
May 10, 2025 · Jessica LucentiI took my 5 year old here on a whim for something fun to do since it's close by. I will never come here again. A child was pushing mine several times on the trampoline, no parents around, no staff around, so I told the child please keep your hands to yourself. The mom came over 5 minutes later telling me I shouldn't have said that to her child and started screaming and swearing at me and tried to fight me. She was extremely aggressive and the workers did NOTHING because she is FRIENDS with them. We left immediately. I will never come back here again. Disgusting behavior from patrons and staff. This is a kids chuck e cheese for crying out loud. Not to mention there were several broken games and the guy doing the dance in the chuck e cheese costume looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here. I don't blame him. There was almost nobody here and now I know why. Good luck surviving in this economy with the type of people you hire. Yikes! Never again!
