Surge Adventure Park Reviews
Wow, our family had an absolutely fantastic time at Surge Adventure Park right here in Virginia Beach! From the moment we walked in, the energy was amazing, and we were blown away by the sheer number of trampolines and different bouncing zones. There were massive open jump courts where we could all bounce together, angled wall trampolines that the kids loved trying to run up, and even specific areas for games like dodgeball. It felt like there was a new way to jump and play around every corner, keeping everyone happily exhausted and laughing the whole time. The absolute highlight, hands down, was the diving board positioned over that massive pit of soft foam blocks! Taking that run-up and launching ourselves into the air, knowing a super soft landing was waiting, was such a thrilling and hilarious experience. We all took turns, cheering each other on, and climbing out covered in foam dust with huge grins. It was just pure, unadulterated fun, and Surge Adventure Park delivered an unforgettable afternoon of active enjoyment for our whole family!
Apr 19, 2025 · Eddie Albright (Anton Ego)Visited for the first time, and it was a lot of fun! I really like that there is a separate toddler jump area and play area. There are a lot of different activities, definitely something for everyone! My concern is a lack of cleanliness. We were the first people in for the day, so I know the things I found around had to be from the previous day or days. Things that were a little gross were a used bandaid and juice box in the center of the toddler jump area, used socks around the foam pits, dirty papertowels/napkins in the trampoline areas, several large fingernails on the trampolines in different areas and on the walk area, and more. If these were around first thing in the morning, maybe they don't clean at night or before they open? This had me thinking they probably aren't going through and wiping down surfaces daily.
Mar 12, 2025 · Alyssa SaldivarBirthday Party ReviewOverall everyone had a great time! If you’re thinking about planning a party here, just don’t expect much help from the party host getting set up and breaking down and bring your own kids drinks and water bottles.Pros: kids had a great time. Easy for guests to check in and start playing. Plenty of room for parents to sit and monitor kids.Cons: the staff put us in a room next to wooden pallets with exposed nail heads. The staffs only solution was to move us to a table further away from the pallets but refused to remove them from the room. I recommended sticking them in the corner with the exposed nails away from the children which they agreed to. Stingy with water bottles.Recommendation: remove wooden pallets with exposed nails from areas kids can access. Provide more water bottles or allow guests to bring their own drinks to their party.
Jan 11, 2025 · FinThis place is great for my 4 and 2 year old. Love that they have a dedicated toddler space and staff has always been nice/friendly attitude. Space is big and clean. You have to watch for your kids and hope they stick together because it can be dangerous with older kids getting wild/their parents not watching after them. Giving one star off for the lack of food.. candy, chips, and sodas are not real options. Anyone that cares about children in the slightest would offer better food options. It's pure laziness. We always bring our own food and no one has said anything to us.
Jun 07, 2025 · Amy GArcade was in terrible condition with multiple games broken. No signs on the games indicating they were broken. There weren’t staff managing the climbing areas and no one to help with the zip line. Kids like jumping, but there are better trampoline parks in the area with attentive staff and working arcade games.
