Issues with the "self-service kiosks" and password resets have also been reported, leading to "hassle for returning guests." Furthermore, the presence of "obnoxious massage chairs" with a "loud alarm" that went off for extended periods has been a significant point of contention for some long-time visitors, making the environment "unbearable" at times and leading to cancellations of memberships. This indicates areas where the park could improve customer experience, particularly concerning administrative processes and ambient noise.

Summit Adventure Park Charleston Reviews
Most annoying business with their obnoxious massage chairs to their dumb waivers you need to fill out every other month.Edit to the Owner:Thanks for the response, but it really misses the point. The issue isn’t just about one waiver update in November—it’s the constant updates and shifting policies that force repeat customers like myself to re-sign waivers multiple times in just a few months. One example: adults now have to sign a new waiver just for checking in on their own kids in case they get injured? That feels excessive. The self-service kiosks make things worse. The password reset feature frequently locks up, and staff often can’t explain why I’m being asked to update my information again. This has happened to me more than three times since November. Instead of brushing this off, maybe take a closer look at your check-in system and how much of a hassle it's becoming for returning guests. And yes—the massage chairs are loud and out of place. It feels like they're there just to squeeze a few extra bucks from parents stuck waiting around.
Apr 29, 2025 · BrendenI'm writing this review at the request of the manager, believe it or not. They have a new alarm system on the massage chairs which is not keeping the non-paying people out of the chairs but DID cause a really loud alarm to go off for nearly two solid hours today and two solid hours yesterday while my son jumped. I had several memberships for years for my boys. Now it is just my youngest left jumping and many weeks he is there more days than not. I buy two drinks most days and sometimes a snack. I've had birthday parties there and taken his friends on the buddy pass. I have enjoyed it for years. However, the alarm makes it unbearable to be there and I will have to cancel my membership and stop going if it continues. It is not having the intended effect of keeping people out of the chairs, instead it is torturing the other guests. I didn't realize it was caused by the chairs until I was leaving yesterday. Today, when I asked for help from the manager she reluctantly sent a staff member to get one guest out of the chair. However, immediately someone else sat there and nothing was done. We eventually had to leave early due to the alarm. On my way out I asked who I could call or email or talk to about this and told me to write a review because "they pay attention to those". I have owned a business for 18 years and I can't imagine telling a guest to write a negative google review if they have a problem. She was really nice about it but it seems like she should be able to take care of the issue another way. I see someone else recently complained about this same thing. Please do something about this.
Apr 15, 2025 · HeatherI came two years ago and everyone told me things had changed here so I decided to give it a try again today. My opinion is actually went down. They are consistently understaffed, which causes safety issues. The spot where the kids jump onto the giant airbag was piled with children, and no one was monitoring it. I watched several kids get bullied by kids who are here with the camp and we’re not being monitored. So many safety violations, constant alarms going off, it has to be one of the most stressful and unsafe places to take children. I see equipment falling apart that hasn’t been fixed…. Just wow.
Jun 19, 2025 · Sheena LewisGood place to wear the kids out.Got the membership.Always a favorite. Try to hit it once a week.
Apr 15, 2025 · Brad FlaigThis place is great, but they let people sit in the massage chairs without paying. This results in everyone in the building listening to ear piercing alarms for their entire stay. This needs to be addressed.
