- Cleanliness (Mixed Reviews): While one customer described the facility as "clean," another review highlighted concerns about cleanliness, mentioning "dust," and "literal holes in the trampolines" with "exposed springs and plywood." This indicates inconsistency in maintenance, which is a critical point for a children's play facility.
- Staff Friendliness (Mixed Reviews): Some reviews mention friendly staff and great hospitality, while others describe staff as "not the friendliest" and "rude," or "not paying attention," pointing to variable customer service experiences.
- Age Restrictions on Attractions (Customer Concern): A notable highlight, from a critical perspective, is customer frustration regarding age/height restrictions on certain attractions, like the Ninja Course, preventing even capable younger children (e.g., a 4-year-old) from participating.

Soar Trampoline Park Reviews
Not worth it! Overpriced, rude staff, dirty, and DANGEROUS. seriously how is this place still in business? There are literal holes in the trampolines that children can fall thru. I fell thru one. Another mention is how two of the attractions don’t allow small kids. The ninja course which my 4 year old can easily do won’t allow her to do it. So small kids? They can just jump. Skip this shitty place and go to URBAN AIR.
Jun 19, 2025 · Ashley HughesThey have toddler time every Saturday from 9-11 (I think Wednesday, too). The price is great then, the staff is all teenagers, not the friendliest. They seem to at least try and fix damages, have seen exposed springs and plywood before, though. Overall, it's a pretty cool place, though.
Aug 02, 2023 · Aaron ArmfieldThe worst. Staff is rude. Overpriced. My son had a birthday party in 100 degree weather, they had no ac and no heads up. I was charged for every single water, even though it was a HEALTH RISK. We had a party of 13 boys who were laying in the floor to cool down. They didn’t even want to jump because they were so hot. Water should have absolutely been provided. Or a heads up to let us know there was no ac so we could plan accordingly.Fast forward to today, 1-1-25, I paid Online. Saw there was a discount of 25%. Paid for what I though was the discount, get the soar and find out, they don’t offer the discount online, even though that’s where I saw the 25% off. My kids were wearing urban air socks so they were told to leave and go buy “soar socks”. Fine. Since I’ve already overpaid to be here I was hoping they would let us have the 2 pairs of socks so we weren’t out even more money. Of course that was a no. I’ve been to other trampoline parks and never had an issue. This particular trampoline park is not one I would recommend to anyone. There is plenty more to do in the Joplin area for our kids.
Jan 01, 2025 · Stacia SnavelyThe staff is always helpful, friendly, and my son and I absolutely love playing dodgeball and getting some good exercise. Big fan!
Jun 26, 2025 · Joseph PittmanWas considering this place for my son’s birthday. The reviews are insane… it sounds like I’m gonna spend a ton of money for absolutely nothing. On top of the reviews stating how tore up everything is and how bad it smells and the how rude the staff is plus getting ripped off by taking time away from kids. No thanks sounds like hell to me
