Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Everything I've came here was satisfying, except for my 1st time at glow jump..it was my grandsons birthday 10 and 11 also one has spectrum autism.I bought everyone a membership and t-shirts and socks.when it came for the jump night they instructed all the kids to come from jumping and line up for glo night,we did until one of the security officer told me I couldn't come in with my 6 boys that its only 3 per parent..I was infuriated after spending well over $400 eating and games.I told him I was here earlier and no one said anything, my boys were well behaved and im a no nonsense grandmother.i was embarrassed ask to step to the side after standing in line for 30 minutes for the glo jump to start..so I ask for the manager I wanted all my monies back I told the security. When the manager came she was very very nice and respectful and told the older security officer to let me in..I THANK GOD FOR HER!! My grandsons and their friends would of been heartbroken if I had to take them home.I didn't let this behavior of a security guard stop me to coming to my favorite place to enjoy with my grandsons
Jun 25, 2025 · vegas toniteYikes. I'm not fond of writing bad reviews. However, this really made me feel like they did not care about us or our party. I booked my daughter's party here for early June. When I booked it, I spoke with someone and he kindly explained everything to me. I booked the VIP Mega Package which is held in the Sky Room. He sent me an email of the picture of the area before I agreed to book it. The cost is pretty steep, but I agreed because my daughter really loves this place. The package included 3 large pizzas, 3 pitchers of drinks, and 11 jumpers. The birthday girl was free. All additional children are $42 each. We had a party of 19 children including parents. At check-in, I paid the balance of the package and they walked me over. I was shocked when she said, "Here is your area." We were all the way on the back wall, next to their supplies and trash room. Our view was the ongoing renovations of the back of the park. We were supposed to be in the Sky Room which is located on the second floor. We were supposed to have our own area to jump. I picked this area because our guests included younger kids and we didn't want them to get lost, or injured by jumping with all the bigger kids. I posted a picture where you can see the renovations in the background. But we really tried not to include that in any of the photos. The manager seemed like he didn't care, because that place is a mad house and they all look soooooo overwhelmed. He offered us 15% off any additional jumpers or food that we ordered. I agreed because our time was being wasted, our guests were arriving, and we were not set up at all. They also gave us 30 mins on the Zipline just for our party. (It turned out to be like 15 mins). The icing on the cake was, the staff continued to walk through our party with supplies for other parties, trash, to go pizza boxes, etc. Just walking through. Not saying "excuse us." Or maybe let us know that they would be walking through. No consideration AT ALL. I believe they double booked the sky room, and we got the bad end of the deal. For the amount of money we paid to have a 2 hour party here; this is not what we expected. It felt like we were on a conveyer belt of parties passing through. And the staff just trying to keep up with the madness. I will NEVER have a party here again. EVER.My daughter had a good time. That's all that matters. However, if you're going to charge an arm and leg for a 2 hour party, this better be fine wine. Not boxed wine. I think the company should have given us 50% off. No one in their right mind would pay for that space what they charged me. That's what I'm most upset about. We really felt ripped off.I wrote a very professional email to the corporate office last week. I still have not heard anything back. Meanwhile, I will be truthful about my experience and opinion of this place if anyone asks me.

Feb 09, 2025 · Hugo MejiaJacob and Diana are amazing it’s a Friday afternoon and they seem to really care except the girl at the friend her name is Jackie ( because of Jackie. I had to lower my score from five stars to three stars. It was just extremely offputting. Her attitude was way off ) definitely not welcoming. Definitely gave me a bad vibe altogether since I first got here at after I spent over $1000 on Saturday I brought the wrong size for my daughter socks, and someone told her that she needed to change her socks. I went to tell Jackie at the front that I wanted to purchase new socks, but I didn’t know that she couldn’t wear the socks I brought for her and the sky zone socks I brought for her with the wrong size and just basically told me OK is three dollars it’s not about the money is about the way you deliver the message to the Gas is very unwelcoming. I think they need someone in the front that’s a little bit more welcoming, and doesn’t try to make you feel belittle I didn’t get that from anybody else. Thank God cause I would definitely not want to return if she continues to be there with the same attitude that she had today. I hope corporate is listening and are able to talk to her about her customer service skills. They need major help but on the other hand, everybody else was greatThey require significant assistance, but on the contrary, everyone else performed exceptionally well.ace and are just amazing to allow me and my kiddos to feel welcome and here at sky zone. had my daughter birthday party here on Saturday as well. It was amazing wonderful place to party and have fun with the family. Everyone had an amazing time and today is equally the same. Everybody The hospitality and warmth extended by Jacob and Diana at Sky Zone were truly exceptional. We are immensely grateful for their efforts in making our stay here absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and amazing experience.
