Mar 30, 2025 · JasonIf I could give zero stars, I would. We drove 40 minutes to Urban Air because a friend’s kid recommended it, and honestly—never again. The second we walked in, the staff already felt cold and unwelcoming. Not a smile, not a hello. Just blank stares like we were bothering them. The whole place was weirdly dark—like, not fun glow-in-the-dark party dark, just poorly lit and kind of depressing. The floor was dirty and sticky, and no one seemed to care. We didn’t see a single staff member cleaning the entire time we were there.Speaking of staff… where were they? It felt completely understaffed, especially at areas that clearly needed supervision for safety. There were kids all over the place doing whatever they wanted, and nobody around to keep things under control. And the food and drink rules? Way over the top. We brought in some basic snacks and a bottle of Costco water—literally just water—and staff came over multiple times to enforce their no outside food/drinks policy. They handed us a paper cup and told us we could pour it in there instead. Seriously? It’s water. The whole thing just felt unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable. What’s worse is I later saw their online replies to other complaints, saying the rules apply equally to everyone—but then I looked around and saw plenty of people with their own drinks and bottles, and no one said a word to them. So which is it?Honestly, we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and kind of insulted. We came here hoping for a fun day with the kids and instead got overpriced snacks, rude staff, a dirty and poorly managed space, and rules that felt more like traps than policies. If it weren’t for our friend’s kid, we would’ve never even thought to drive 40 minutes out here—definitely not worth it. Never again. One and done.
Apr 20, 2025 · XH HuangAfter taking the family to this lovely place they were extremely satisfied as was I. They had the perfect greeters in the front and were greeted with a smile. All the rides were functional which is a big deal after going to several indoor play places we found that the attractions are either not working or they are short staffed. I would definitely recommend Urban air. They only con for the place is the food as is all others like it. Pizza tasted burnt and with the exclusion of outside food we are very limited to our options and with no refills it can get crazy expensive buying drinks. So if you own the place and end up reading this please institute refills for people at least buying platinum who come to be there for hours. Other than that keep it up.
Feb 07, 2025 · Joshua Miller(Sunday, February 2, 2025)It was my first time booking a party event for my daughter at a trampoline park. My daughter had the best birthday ever, and it was all thanks to our party host, Graycie. She went above and beyond for our guests. I was a bit worried on how I would handle 16 kids and their parents. But Graycie took such a big weight off my shoulders. She greeted me when I first got there and asked me if I was ok with the room, which I really was. She went over the food and when she would bring out what. She set up the table, when the kids arrived she got them all situated with wristbands and socks. She had the party on a schedule, like when the kids could go play, eat and sing happy birthday. When it was time to eat, she served all the children. She got my daughter's cupcake ready with the candle lit up and everything. And at the end, she cleaned up after everyone. She put the gifts in storage and I was able to pick them up when it was time to go. (Another employee helped take them to my car. Must say, all the employees I encountered today were so helpful. Down to the security guard as well.)I couldn't have asked for a better party host.Because of her I was able to mingle with the other parents and enjoy myself as well.Graycie, thank you so much for such a wonderful day. My daughter said she had the best birthday ever. And you were such a big part of it. I will forever remember this day and how smooth and amazing you made it. So thank you so much! If I end up booking again next year, I hope we have you again. For the event, we had someone do face painting. She painted the most beautiful and high quality face painting I've ever seen. She even added crystals and glitter to some of them. Thank you so much for painting like 15 kids. I know it was a lot, but you did so great! And all the kids loved their painting. At one point they gave out free animal balloons. My daughter got a flower and a snail. I thought it was super cute how they would make whatever the kids requested.Overall had such a wonderful, fun time. Thank you, Urban Air!
Feb 03, 2025 · Diana VargasWe love this place and wish we had discovered it sooner. Their monthly membership is amazing. It is such an affordable price for endless play. They have something for everyone. Both my 9 year old and my 4 year old love it here. They have so much seating. Their cafe actually has a variety of snacks, drinks, and hot food and the prices aren’t bad for a place like this. Pretty sure it’s better prices for food than Chuck E. Cheese. I see people coming by to clean tables and things frequently (although I’m sure germs still abound in a place like this so make sure to bring hand sanitizer and wash hands often). The bathrooms are always clean. All of the staff are super nice. I honestly can’t think of a negative thing to say.
