Sky Zone Trampoline Park is part of a nationally recognized brand known for its commitment to active play and diverse attractions. While a recent customer review highlighted some concerns regarding cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and pricing ("This place is gross, there’s trash all over the floor, I brought my child who waited over 45 min to play basketball and as there is no staff around... Spent so much money on such a less the mediocre experience. $85 for 3 kids is outrageous."), it's important to consider that Sky Zone typically strives for a vibrant and safe environment. Another review for a birthday party noted, "while the venue was pretty empty on a Saturday morning, staff was scarce. They seemed real short staffed no one was on the floor to ensure rules were followed." This feedback indicates that staffing levels and supervision can impact the experience, particularly during less busy or potentially understaffed periods, which is a common challenge for large entertainment venues.
Despite these specific observations, the core offerings of Sky Zone are designed to provide a comprehensive trampoline park experience. They typically feature a wide array of activities beyond just open jumping, including specialized zones that cater to different interests and skill levels. Sky Zone aims to create a space where guests can "play, eat, and socialize," making it a versatile destination for family fun, parties, and group events. For Rhode Islanders seeking an active indoor venue, Sky Zone Trampoline Park presents a place with the potential for high-energy enjoyment, provided considerations are made for potential crowd management and the need for parental supervision, especially for younger children. The variety of attractions typically available at Sky Zone locations aims to provide stimulating activities for a broad audience.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
This place is gross, there’s trash all over the floor, I brought my child who waited over 45 min to play basketball and as there is no staff around; in the basketball area there seemed to be what looked like adults/late teens were playing and wouldn’t allow my son to play. He even tried to just go in where he was kicked out. When a staff did show up he just hung around and played with some of the kids.Staff is so unfriendly - I found someone’s debit card to which I alerted a staff member who went gave a dirty look and brought it to the desk and didn’t say one word.Spent so much money on such a less the mediocre experience.$85 for 3 kids is outrageous.
Apr 06, 2025 · Rochelle RuizWent for a birthday party, while the venue was pretty empty on a Saturday morning, staff was scarce. They seemed real short staffed no one was on the floor to ensure rules were followed. This was worrisome as the party was for 4 and 5 year olds and could easily be trampled. Other than that, this place was a good time for the kids to bounce around.
Dec 24, 2024 · Cherie HartThis place has gone downhill since we last frequented it last year multiple times. There was trash including a dirty sweatshirt outside of the front doors that multiple employees likely walked by to enter the building and didn’t pick up. The bathrooms were dirty and smelt bad. We played some of the arcade games and there was even somehow trash inside the arcade games. The basketball court wasn’t inflated well. You sunk to the ground. There wasn’t much presence from the staff either like there used to be. It’s a fun idea to bring kids to but for the money spent per jumper, isn’t worth it. They used to do the toddler time on the weekend which was a plus and now it’s only during the week which really doesn’t seem that convenient for working families. Hopefully this review will encourage them to clean up so it’s a good place to take your kids again.
Jan 04, 2025 · Megan FrancoI love Sky Zone because it’s conveniently close to my house. I’ve been coming to this location for about four years, and it’s a great place for my son to burn off energy.Cleanliness – 4.0The bathrooms are usually decent, though occasionally, I notice trash or candy left on the trampolines.Staff – 2.5Most of the staff are friendly, but over the years, they have become more nonchalant. The front desk is often unattended, leading to long wait times for check-in, which is frustrating. There should always be someone available to assist jumpers promptly. On school holidays, I strongly recommend scheduling extra staff. Older kids tend to run around without much regard for the younger ones, making it difficult for them to enjoy the space safely.Pricing – 1.5The pricing has gotten ridiculous! It feels like every few months, there’s another change. When my son first got a membership, it included toddler jump on Sundays. A few months later, that was removed. Then, they introduced a three-month membership option, and now it’s only available as a monthly membership. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but this feels excessive. The current monthly membership, if paid for a full year, is now three times what we originally paid for an annual pass. It’s definitely starting to feel like a racket.
Feb 18, 2025 · Larissa SkeritteI had joined a birthday party with family & we all had a great time. Our host was lovely. However, the facility alone, dirty. Wrappers every where. Broken courses. Teenagers just hanging around, blocking stairways and fighting on the trampolines. A teenage boy knocked my 4 year old down, running away from another boy. My son couldn’t even use the bathroom due to Blood in the bathroom sink. Girls chilling in the bathroom not even using them. 2 out of 3 stalls were useable and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. Dirty baby diaper on the floor. No toilet paper. Another note, the prices! Paying $17 for 4 drinks was ridiculous , especially when I was going to order the staff walked away and I waited for about 10 minutes for him to come back. Not worth it at all. When we left, the place somehow got even dirtier. Cups, bottles, napkins or toilet paper was all over the place and no one was cleaning it. This place needs new workers who care about their job and about the people who rent the place out for parties. The man sitting in the room full of cameras watching over the place, completely blew my mind because I don’t understand how he didn’t see the bullying, drinking & all them teenagers acting up. I wouldn’t go to this sky-zone location again.
