Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
A few days ago, we visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park for my nephew's Birthday Party. We went straight to the party check-in and this stop took longer than expected‼️All the Waivers had been completed prior to our arrival, but apparently they expired, and had to be done all over‼️This caused a little bit of a ruckus, as everyone was anxious to start playing‼️Once we received the wrist bands, it was nonstop action‼️From section to section the kid's bounced around for hours‼️Starting with the small arcade downstairs, upstairs to play Dodgeball, to the Video Games on the bigger screens, and as well the other sections‼️We were there for over three hours and the kid's enjoyed every minute of it‼️All-in-all, Sky Zone is a great place for Birthday Parties and just overall fun‼️They're usually pretty busy, so be prepared‼️They even have a snack bar, but I heard it was a little pricey‼️We had a small hiccup that costs us some time or this would've had a 5 🌟 Rating‼️
Mar 27, 2025 · DANTE “FLAWLESS” DELTI attended a birthday party at this venue, and unfortunately, the entire place had a strong smell of urine, which was quite off-putting. The party was supposed to have a designated room for the celebration, but we had to wait longer than expected to get in. When we finally spoke to a staff member, they began cleaning the room; however, they did not change the table covers, so we ended up having our party at tables with used covers.Furthermore, the cost our friends paid for the room and the so-called “service” only covered basic things like setting up the room and cutting the cake. To add to that, they provided them with a clipboard to tip($75 being the most popular according to the 18 year old 😒). It's worth noting that most of the staff were young teenagers who displayed poor attitudes and a strong urge to be anywhere else but there.I strongly recommend they improve their cleaning practices, change the staff, and have a manager oversee operations to ensure better experiences. I wouldn’t return to this venue.
Jun 18, 2025 · AlexandriaMaddy had a blast. Some of the grown ups even went and played. The pizza was pretty good too. Our server was really sweet also.
Feb 13, 2025 · Genevieve BatsonDon't recommend for birthday parties. Scheduled a party from 2 to 4 but they made us wait for the party room until 430pm. Guests and children were too exhausted from jumping over 2 hours and the pizza they sold was expensive and not enough to feed the hungry kids. They didn't offer any condolences or refunds. Pizza was at least good, good quality cheese, 7/10. Bathrooms were not picked up, there was an open dirty diaper on the changing table. Out of paper towels, too. If you have a wandering toddler be careful because there's steep metal stairs they can fall down, and no enclosed areas to contain them.
Mar 22, 2025 · Jilian WebsterMy first time at Sky Jump and my first booked party. It was a great experience! That experience was all aimed toward my personal party assistant Carson! He was absolutely wonderful and helped set up exactly how I needed it and more, was great with the families and kids, and moved the party along greatly! The timing for the party does feel rushed and do recommend a 2hr jump time for guests. Even with having your waivers filled in line there is still a 10 min or so wait at party guest services, so definitely cuts in to kids jump time so come early early before party time. Great staff and well organized to accommodate party and public guests. Thank you for a great day! My daughter had a blast :)
