Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
This park is tiny and has little to offer. If you kids just want to jump on trampolines and do nothing else then you’ll love it but I was super disappointed. I got the summer memberships thinking it would be something fun for my kids to do as it offered all this stuff on the website and looked great but unfortunately the website is very misleading. It’s a small facility with a few trampolines, stunt bags and a very small rock wall. My kids were done and bored within 15 minutes of the first visit. $180 dollars for 2 passes and socks and we left within 20 minutes!!!!! And of course all sales are final and I’ve still reached out I have received zero responses. So we are out that money that we could’ve and should have spent elsewhere.I recommend urban air or something different. Hope this helps.
Jun 06, 2025 · Sara ThomasStopped by on a Monday afternoon and it was wonderful because there were seven kids there. I can imagine it’s not so much fun on a weekend when it’s packed. I checked out the birthday rooms. Having a birthday party in a penitentiary would provide the same amount of cheer. Put some murals on your walls. Saddest birthday rooms ever. Put an ounce of love into it. It will go far.
May 22, 2024 · Emily PachecoMy son was really looking forward to his party here and we were really disappointed with what we got. The room wasn’t available at the scheduled time, the left plates and cups on the table from the previous party, and then to “compensate” us for them being late - they offered us an extra 15 minutes in the room. Our party “host” came in once to tell us she thought her shift started 30 minutes later and that she was sorry for not being there (not really her fault, she was also really nice) but overall such a bad experience. Wont book here again.
Apr 13, 2025 · Mallory BlackerThis is a great option for kids, especially on rainy winter days or during extreme summer heat. However, cleanliness is a noticeable issue. I saw trash behind games, near the rock climbing wall, and even in the dodgeball pit, despite two employees being present. A little more attention to maintenance would make a big difference.Additionally, the online membership reservation process is cumbersome. A more streamlined system would greatly benefit customers, especially parents managing multiple children.
Apr 01, 2025 · Charlotte AllenWe absolutely love coming to Sky Zone to tire out our little ones—it’s always such a fun and safe environment for them to burn off energy! I wanted to give a special shoutout to Neha, who made our recent visit even more memorable. She was amazing with the kids by engaging with them during dodgeball and chatting with them while keeping a watchful eye as they jumped. It’s so refreshing to see staff who genuinely enjoy interacting with the kids rather than just standing by. Neha’s energy and kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful for her making our visit extra special. Can’t wait to come back!
