Jumpity Bumpity Pleasanton Reviews
I took my grandchildren, 5 year old and 3 year old there over the weekend and they LOVE IT! The place is clean, bright, safe, easy parking and the employees were friendly. They played for hours at the "Space Traveler". It was physically and mentally stimulating for the kids to follow the skipping, bouncing and jumping balls. The best part was once the "cradle" that holds the balls is full, it opens up and the kids were screaming and laughing over the raining balls. They enjoyed it so much that we have decided to have my granddaughter's birthday there in August. They have 2 good size party rooms. The best part is, they have already decorated the rooms. I understand we have to cater from California Pizza Kitchen which works well for us. All we need to do is to bring a cake.
Jun 17, 2025 · Chai HoThis indoor playground is definitely cleaner than the Concord location, probably because it’s newer. However, the layout of the play structure is really frustrating — there are too many blind spots and blocked areas, making it hard to keep an eye on your child at all times. Safety and supervision feel compromised because of that. Also, they require you to buy their socks for $2 each, which feels a bit like a money grab. I did notice some kids wearing their own socks anyway, so it’s a bit confusing. Heads up to parents: you need socks on too, no exceptions.Overall, it’s not the best experience. Cleanliness is a plus, but the layout and sock policy seriously bring it down.
Jun 21, 2025 · M CWe recently visited Jumpity Bumpity Pleasanton location and also hosted a Private Birthday party on their opening weekend. It’s a bright, well light play area with fun play structure and ball pit which is also toddler safe. The party room was spacious and well setup for kids to be seated, I would only suggest to have more tables to be able to serve both food and cake for all the guests. The staffs were very friendly, the host went above and beyond to help us have a great party and I truly appreciate the owner of the place who was helping us as well with how we wanted to setup and plan the event.
Jun 08, 2025 · Janani VaidhyI took my 20 month old the other day and we really enjoyed it! I was a little worried about excess stimulation (there are many claw machines, a racer simulation area, and a few small coin operated amusements, but I can comfortably say there was still plenty of physical activity options for my toddler and overall the grounds were super spacious. Jumpity Bumpity in my mind was a variation of Kidplex and Luv2Play but slightly bigger. It was clean. The only thing lacking was a button for a ball drop...you have to wait for it to get full enough and kiddos do not have the patient for that lol (and I guess neither do I).
Jun 23, 2025 · Hannah Folsom-ChanWas excited to take my daughter here after all the social media hype. The play structures, interactive ball pit screen and ball dump were great. Lights + slides = mindblown kids for sure. However, none of the other tech-type stuff is included. Claw machines and normal arcade games are expected to be pay-per-play. Did not expect the remote controlled race course, ice cream truck and space ship interactive screen game things to all be token operated as well. It's $1 = 1 token, and the only "value" option was 44 tokens for $40. All the things are $1-3 tokens, which seems like a lot. Maybe they could hide the cost w/ the standard reloadable cards and credits in the future, but the price per play token system currently in place is brutal. I didn't see anybody play any games, but sure got to observe a bunch of different parenting "no" techniques lol. There's a sign saying 70% complete with the upcoming activity installments which seem pretty fun, and they have display cases that I can only imagine be used for ticketed games/prizes in the future. Maybe when they have those set up, the game prices will make sense.Other than that, entry is fine, socks are only required for kids at $2 a pair, lots of seating for adults, and very well lit and clean.
