This program creates a safer, less crowded environment for younger children to explore the trampolines and other age-appropriate play structures. Group Events & Facility Rentals: The park accommodates various large group events, including school field trips, corporate team-building events, church groups, and even full facility rentals for exclusive use. Custom event planning is available.
Required SkySocks: For safety and hygiene, all jumpers are required to wear Sky Zone's proprietary grip socks, known as SkySocks. These are available for purchase at the park and can be reused on subsequent visits.
Waiver Management: All participants must have a signed waiver to jump. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete this waiver, often available online to streamline the check-in process.

Sky Zone Milwaukee Reviews
Absolutely disgusting! Garbage all over the floor and trampolines, spilled drinks that were never mopped up. Carpet never vacuumed. We arrived at 9:00am for little leapers, the place was absolutely filthy! Used bandaids in the trampolines, parking lot full of trash. My kids love coming here but this was beyond disgusting. Hire a cleaning service or teach your employees how to clean!!
Mar 30, 2025 · Sarah BardeleSuper dirty. Came in on a Sunday at 9:00 for little leaders. Garbage everywhere, even on the trampoline. There was one with spring missing that left a hole for kiddos to fall through. No one seemed to care. Expensive for not a lot.
Mar 30, 2025 · Marquea GoikeWe will not be returning. This place has turned into an awful dump. We’re here on a Friday Glow night and it’s dead in here. There’s no workers attending the swings, so the kids can’t even reach them (I had to help). All of the equipment is in disrepair, the foam blocks need to be replaced. Food and beverage garbage all over the place, workers just standing around talking. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves.Someone working at a business next door informed me that there was a shooting here last week! No wonder it’s dead in here!! Don’t waste your money.
Jun 15, 2024 · Erin HoffmanThe manager was exceptional in accommodating our 7-year-old's birthday party on short notice, given its timing the day after Thanksgiving when many families often travel. The staff were courteous, attentive and highly efficient, ensuring a wonderful celebration. We highly recommend this venue and extend our sincere gratitude.
Dec 10, 2024 · Jessica KortbeinI would recommend finding a different trampoline park if possible. The customer service is lacking. We waited about 20 minutes behind just 2 other groups just to get in with one person working the counter who didn't seem to know a whole lot. There were plenty of other employees walking around behind the counter but none seemed like they were doing much work. Once we got in I quickly learned that everything is in dire need of repair. Since they just let things break and then not fix them (this is obvious by just how much stuff is broken) I bet this place will be out of business within 5 years. There was a hole in the back corner of the trampolines where my 1yo could have fallen through to the ground. We did use the family 4 pack deal to get in so the price was pretty fair. I would have regretted paying full price. The deal came with a pizza and pitcher of soda. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had in my whole life. It tasted like they used the most basic cheap ingredients known to man. None of us could finish our slices it was that bad. The place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because my kids did have fun. I probably won't be back anytime soon unless they do a full interior remodel.
