The center's programs are designed not only to teach the technical aspects of gymnastics but also to instill a love for physical activity that can last a lifetime. By offering a diverse range of classes and activities, including their specialized "LG Ninja" program, LaFleur's aims to ensure that every child finds an avenue for growth and enjoyment. It's a place where local families can enroll their children with the expectation of a structured, fun, and developmental experience, making it a valuable asset to the Germantown and surrounding Wisconsin communities.
LaFleur's Gymnastics is conveniently located at W189N10991 Kleinmann Dr, Germantown, WI 53022, USA. This accessible location in Germantown positions it ideally for families residing not only within Germantown but also in neighboring communities across Waukesha and Washington Counties. Situated off a main thoroughfare, the facility is relatively easy to reach by car, and ample parking is typically available on-site, which greatly simplifies drop-offs and pick-ups for parents and guardians. The ease of access helps integrate LaFleur's Gymnastics seamlessly into the busy schedules of local Wisconsin families, allowing children to consistently participate in their chosen programs without the added stress of long commutes or difficult parking.
LaFleur's Gymnastics offers a comprehensive array of services and programs designed to cater to various age groups and skill levels within the sport of gymnastics and related activities.
- Recreational Gymnastics Classes: Structured programs for girls (ages 4.5-17) and boys (ages 5-17), focusing on developing strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, agility, and self-confidence. Classes typically involve instruction on floor, beam, vault, bars, trampoline, and pit tumbling.
- Tiny Tot and Preschool Programs: Specifically designed classes for younger children (ages 18 months - 4.5 years), emphasizing movement education, gross motor skill development, and an introduction to basic gymnastics concepts in a fun, age-appropriate manner. This includes "Parent & Tot" classes for the youngest participants.
- LG Ninja Program: A specialized program inspired by ninja warrior courses, designed to develop strength, agility, speed, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Competitive Team Programs: Comprehensive training for gymnasts interested in competitive gymnastics, including Developmental Program (Level 1, Level 3 through Elite) and Xcel program (Silver through Diamond). These programs involve structured practices, skill progression, and participation in competitions.
- Summer Camps: Seasonal camps offering intensive gymnastics training and fun activities during school breaks, providing a deeper dive into skill development.
- Birthday Parties: A highly recommended service offering a fun and active way to celebrate, typically including gym time with equipment usage (such as gymnastics apparatus and bounce houses). Parties are supervised by staff and can be customized to focus on play.
- Open Gym Sessions: Supervised times when individuals can use the gymnastics equipment for independent practice and skill refinement in a less structured environment.
- Special Events: Hosts events like the "Candy Land Classic" competition, contributing to the local gymnastics community calendar.
LaFleur's Gymnastics in Germantown features several distinct highlights that contribute to its standing as a prominent sports complex for youth development in Wisconsin.
- Long-Standing Reputation: Established in 1986, LaFleur's has a long history in the community, signifying years of experience in gymnastics instruction and youth programming.
- USA Gymnastics Wisconsin Program of the Year (Multiple Years): The recognition as USA Gymnastics Wisconsin Program of the Year for multiple years (2022/2023, 2023/2024 & 2024/2025) speaks to their commitment to excellence and high standards in gymnastics training and athlete development.
- Excellent Birthday Party Experience: Customer reviews frequently praise the birthday party offerings. One reviewer highlighted a "wonderful birthday party experience" for 15 second-graders, commending the "flexibility of the staff to allow our party to be how we wanted." The "fantastic" employees supervising the gym were noted for keeping kids safe while allowing them to "run wild and helped them have a ton of fun!" The "gymnastics + bounce house option" was also specifically mentioned as "worth the added fee."
- Comprehensive Program Structure: The facility offers a clear pathway for progression, from "Tiny Tots" and "Parent & Tot" classes for the youngest participants to recreational programs for older children, and highly structured competitive teams. This caters to a wide range of skill levels and commitment desires.
- Emphasis on Life Skills: Beyond physical prowess, LaFleur's explicitly focuses on developing long-term life skills such as confidence, perseverance, a love of exercise, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
However, it's also important to note a specific limitation highlighted in one review concerning adult participation in birthday parties. A customer reported that their 18-year-old son was "not allowed to play with his cousins" on the gym floor, even after signing a waiver, due to the facility's liability policy for adults. This indicates that while the center is excellent for children's activities and parties, adults may be restricted to observation areas only, even if they wish to participate in the fun. This specific policy might be a consideration for families with older teens or adults who want to join in the active play during a party.

LaFleur's Gymnastics Reviews
Wonderful birthday party experience. We had a party of 15 kids (most were 2nd graders) and I strongly recommend it for a birthday party.I was especially impressed by the flexibility of the staff to allow our party to be how we wanted. We wanted the kids to have as much time as possible to play so we only used the party room for coats, presents and juice/soda. No gift opening. No food. No cake. The two employees working the check-in desk and then supervising the gym were fantastic. They kept the kids safe by enforcing the rules but allowed them to run wild and helped them have a ton of fun!We did the gymnastics + bounce house option and it was worth the added fee to give another option of activity within the gym.Thank you for a great party!
Mar 20, 2022 · Nate KenworthyThis place is a joke. A birthday party where my son who just turned 18 wasn't allowed to play with his cousins because this place doesn't have liability for adults. So adults can't play on the floor, only walk, even if you sign the waiver they have for adults.
Jan 12, 2025 · Autumn WancketWe held a 4 year old birthday party at Lafleur's, guests ranged from 2-10 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time! The staff was helpful and accommodating. The party time slot was well managed, organized and went seamlessly. Highly recommend a birthday party here!
Jun 02, 2024 · Kate FWe had my son's 2nd birthday here and 10 other kids ranging from 1-6 years old. This was such a fun birthday party for all ages. So much space to run around and get all the energy out. I highly recommend it!
Feb 05, 2024 · Jessica MarreroWent here for a kid's birthday party. Looks like a great place for kids to learn gymnastics. The people helping the kids did a great job. All the kids had a lot of fun. We're considering sending our daughter here for gymnastics. She has other friends that take gymnastics here and their parents are very satisfied with the place so far.
