Sky Zone Harrisburg Reviews
They really let this place go ☹️ SEVERAL rips and tears in trampolines. The springs and foam blocks look and feel like they’ve never been replaced. I was actually kind of scared to jump as a 150lb adult. Very dirty too. Way overpriced for what it is. At least the staff were nice.
Mar 05, 2025 · Sara SchrefflerI've been to sky zone a bunch since my daughter loves it, she has always asked about glow jump and tonight I finally took her and her friend, paid 80 dollars and it was great from 8-9:30 when the lights came on 30 mins early, when I asked for some money back the employee informed me that I won't get any back since the kids could still jump even though the lights were on so it doesn't really affect anything, I disagreed since my daughter was extremely excited to jump in the dark, I waited to take my kid there until night and paid for shirts that I was made to buy, he then just ignored me. Totally unacceptable*update after 9 days, multiple calls and voicemails and multiple emails I have heard nothing back, judging off these other reviews it seems like that's just how it is, I would not spend your hard earned money at a place that treats its customers this way
Mar 19, 2025 · Samuel MiceliEchoing what pretty much everyone else has said since... 2023. This place has gone downhill, badly. The staffers seem to hang out behind the counter and chat. I'll admit, it's annoying to see a bunch of teenagers stand around and do little to nothing, but what is worse, even more shameful, the owner(s) not willing to enforce any changes or spend any money to actually improve or fix things.Dirty inflatables, tables, floors. Boarded up holes that housed fro-yo when the place first opened. A snack counter stocked with less than half of what they advertise. Foam cubes that are missing chunks, their fabric covers thrown away and never replaced. Trash in various corners and crevices of the play areas. Four check-in stations, only one that is functional. Portions of the inflatable park that have been out of service for so long that nobody expects management to ever actually *do* anything about it. Attractions that require a staffer to be present (high jump into foam pit, dodgeball trampoline court) are removed so that a staffer doesn't have to be paid to stand there beside it all day, replaced by... nothing, and a basketball court. How much longer can this place stay open? The complaints are not new, they have been detailed and reported over and over. Management has replied to the reviews, asking for the reviewers to contact them directly. Whether or not the reviewers contact management, the issues have been reported via these reviews. Either nothing has been addressed, or this is the 'best they can do' and we haven't even seen them at their worst.Seems like customers trickle in just enough to cover their rock-bottom line. It costs money to keep the place sanitary, safe, and up to safety requirements. Why bother with all that work? Just let it be dirty and unsafe and slowly dwindle in attractions and things to do. Fixing things and keeping things clean just isn't worth the time and effort. Let it be dingy and sticky and dirty and dusty and broken.Sure looks like it.
May 25, 2025 · Jess SchlotzhauerThis used to be a great place when I brought my son here 10 years ago. Now I'm bringing my youngest child here, I purchased a membership and noticed how gross this place has become. I feel so disgusted leaving this place and I didn't even join my child in a jump session. She becomes sick a day after visiting Skyzone. My daughter has become sick 3x times this year, right after visiting this location. I'd love to know what their sanitation or disinfection protocol and if a manager actually checks to make sure this is completed properly. Do they inspect the equipment, climb through the play areas and actually clean them? If so, then the appearance of the place says otherwise. I've too witnessed some the of staff not being productive, socializing and they could be more professional and probably should be cleaning the place. I'd like to cancel the membership but can't until the 3 months is up. We certainly have not benefited from having a membership and do not wish to return unless this place improves on their cleanliness SIGNIFICANTLY!!!
Feb 02, 2025 · Jennifer ShepardFirst timer here. My first impression is dysfunctional and disorganized. The check in computers did not work (but luckily there is a phone check in). With the ridiculous rates they charge at this facility it could be cleaned, sanitized and the machines should be in WORKING condition. There is NO reason why there aren't working intake computers, why every fully stocked beverage machine was "out of order" and for God's sake put some sanitizer accessible on the premises. The employee(s) seemed to care at the most minimal level about the concerns of non working beverage machines. Their is no time restraints for the patrons. They were playing for 2+ hours when it was supposed to be shorter. Seems likely that this facility could be considered a "super spreader" for most kid susceptible illnesses because of lowered expectations for their guests. I don't think I will be back unless something changes. Jump here at your own risk!
