Customer reviews for Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park consistently highlight positive experiences, particularly for birthday parties and general fun. One satisfied parent shared, "Went here for my daughter's bday party and had a blast. Such a cool place! We were in party room 4 and it was clean and ready to go as soon as we got there. Her & her friends were able to jump from 12-1pm and the party was from 1-1:45. You can pay ($20 per person for 1hr of jump time) if you still want to play once the your reserved time is over and the party room is clean." This review points to the efficient party setup, cleanliness of the rooms, and flexibility for extending playtime. It also notes a minor point about some attractions being closed during their visit ("Wish the other attractions had been open at the time we visited though. Both the laser tag and ninja warrior course were unfortunately closed."), which could be an infrequent occurrence or due to specific operational considerations.
Another glowing review of a birthday party experience emphasized the quality of service: "Just had a birthday party at this location. Everything was perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful but not all up in our business. The party included 3 delicious pizzas and soda. It was nice that the kids got to pick what drink they wanted at the soda fountain. The kids all had a great time and the parents did, too. Will definitely recommend this location for birthday parties or just a fun day out of the house." This feedback strongly supports the park's ability to host successful, well-managed parties, highlighting the polite and helpful staff, the quality of included food, and the overall enjoyment for both children and adults. These reviews collectively paint a picture of a well-organized and enjoyable venue, particularly for special events.

Apr 13, 2025 · Patti KasmarkGreat activity spot in Sevierville. Prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was clean and the gear/equipment appeared to be well maintained. Definitely recommend as a stop for wild kids. The adults can join the fun or sit back and watch from a massage chair, too
Jan 10, 2024 · Lisa CoxThe place was a lot of fun and there was definitely a lot to do, but I think 2 hours was too much. The reason for the low rating was actually the staff. They were all on their phone and paying no attention to anyone. This led to several kids being put into dangerous situations or hurt in front of us and there was no staff to help reconcile or prevent issues. Not only were they all on their phones and ignoring guests completely, when we did speak to them they were rude and seemed annoyed to have to do their job. We asked one young man to do the spinning wipe out machine for us and he rolled his eyes and came over to do it. He played on his phone the entire time and then made us stop after one round because he wanted to go sit and play on his phone. They yelled at my younger brother about not having tennis shoes on instead of politely asking whether he could go put them back on. Beyond just being disrespectful and rude, they were actually encouraging an (extremely badly behaved) little boy to break the rules and be mean to other guests. He even tried to fight me and my brother. They let him have his football back after he threw it at an older woman playing with her grandkids and nearly hit her in the head. He was climbing up the slide and jumping off of platforms that were clearly not meant to be jumped from. They watched and laughed and put other guests in danger. Nobody checked any of our waivers and we later realized that two of them did not get submitted. Also, we had two minors with us and nobody checked that parental consent or waivers were given. After spending about $150 to go today, I was wildly disappointed with the experience. I think it could be a great place and it seems to have everything a family would need to have a good time, but the customer service is severely lacking.
