Poppy Bank Epicenter Reviews
Our 5 yr old Grace had the time of her life her exact words leaving lol thank you
Feb 17, 2025 · richard campbellMy original review of this awesome fun center seems to have disappeared, so I’m leaving another one with the original pictures I’d taken! This is an excellent place to spend a day with the family and make some fun memories! There is an ample amount of parking, but it does fill up quickly so the earlier you can get there the better. Handicap ramps exist at the entrance and exits, making it easily accessible for everyone. The interior of the building consists of several soccer and basketball courts, a trampoline park, a gym, an arcade center, bowling alley/pool hall, ax throwing, smoothie bar, individual party rooms that can be rented out, and an awesome laser tag room! After all of the fun, we usually pay a visit to the restaurant and bar. They have a nice selection of food that the family will enjoy, as well as a full bar.The staff were all very pleasant and polite to deal with. The facility itself is always extremely clean and well kept. I highly recommend a visit!
Mar 30, 2023 · Matthew SmithGot to love this place. Has something for everyone! Played some with the kids who are 5 and 7. Then sat on the side and drank and watched them climb the kids play structure thing. They had a good non alcoholic beer...I don't drink but the bar and food seemed good. I didn't have any food though.
May 04, 2025 · scott boninI've been here twice and have been to 4 parts - the arcade, the trampoline room, the slushee bar, and the sports bar/restaurant.The arcade is fairly large with a lot of games that the kids were excited about, but about 50% of the games are not working. I tried to capture all of the red lights, but I know there were several I missed. Some of the games didn't even have the red light, but they still didn't work or were partially broken. I am confident that there were a few games that took the money off of the card, but we didn't get to play the game due to it malfunctioning. The prizes are limited and of poor quality/high ticket price (although I know this is fairly typical for places like this). The trampoline room is fun and the kids loved it. It's a large room and was packed with kids on a Saturday night. The slushee bar slushees are tasty and of course, the kids loved them. They also have coffee, teas, and even alcoholic slushees for the adults. The attached restaurant/sports bar has gone downhill according to my parents, who have been a few times more than I have. It took about 10/15 minutes for someone to come take our order, and my drink took about 20 minutes to make. Both times I've been there, only about 30% of the items I order are actually good. This most recent time, I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which the waitress raved about, only to taste really bad, I couldn't even finish it. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen and was full of cartilage/crunchy bits and the dressing was bland. The onion rings were really good though! You can really taste the beer in the batter, and the sauce that comes with them was tasty. My drink (Cherry Whiskey Sour) was mediocre and watery. All of the staff we've interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant. 5 stars for the people who work at Epicenter! I just think it's a little mismanaged and understaffed overall.
Jan 31, 2023 · Jaclyn PearsonOur company recently hosted our Holiday Party at Epicenter, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the evening exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, with a great variety that pleased everyone. The event space was beautifully set up, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of the night was playing laser tag as a team—it was wildly fun and brought out everyone's competitive spirit. It was a perfect way to bond and let loose after a busy year.Thank you to the Epicenter team for making our celebration so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or experience! Highly recommended for corporate events or any special gathering.
