Mountain Air Trampoline Park offers a range of services designed to provide flexible and fun experiences for individuals and groups. Their core offerings revolve around open jump access and event hosting:
Open Jump Sessions: The primary service, allowing visitors to access the various trampoline courts and attractions for a set period. They offer different durations for jump time (e.g., 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours). Jump socks are required and can be purchased on-site.
Toddler Time: Specifically designed for younger children (typically ages 5 and under or under 46 inches), these exclusive sessions provide a safer, less crowded environment for toddlers to jump and explore the park. During Toddler Time, the entire facility is reserved for little ones, and adults are usually asked not to jump at high speeds for safety reasons. One adult can accompany their toddler with admission.
Birthday Party Packages: Mountain Air Trampoline Park is a popular venue for children's birthday parties. They offer packages that can include jump time, access to private party rooms, and potentially food and drinks, making party planning easier for parents. They also offer private party options with full use of the park and an upstairs party room.
Group Events and Private Parties: Beyond birthdays, the park accommodates various group events, such as school field trips, church youth groups, sports team celebrations, and corporate team building. They offer private event bookings, allowing groups exclusive use of the facility for a set duration.
Concessions/Snack Bar: The park provides a concession area where visitors can purchase snacks, drinks, and snow cones to refuel during their jumping sessions. Outside food and drink are generally not permitted, with exceptions for baby food and disability requirements, as well as birthday cakes for booked parties.
Play Passes: For frequent visitors, Mountain Air offers play passes that provide discounted admissions for multiple visits (e.g., 10 admissions for a reduced rate) for both Toddler Time and Open Jump.
Special Events: They occasionally host special events like "Kid's Night Out" (a drop-off event for specific age ranges with jumping, pizza, and games) and "Cosmic Night" (a glow-in-the-dark jumping experience for older kids/adults).

Mountain Air Trampoline Park in Albertville offers several key features and attractions designed to create an engaging experience for visitors. However, it's also important to consider certain aspects highlighted in customer feedback for a complete picture.
Main Trampoline Court: The central attraction features a large number of interconnected trampolines, including big 8'x8' trampoline beds and angled trampoline walls, allowing for diverse jumping experiences. It also has raised and padded features to add to the excitement.
Giant Airbag: Adjacent to the main court, this feature allows jumpers to launch from trampolines (including one with an angled wall) into a large, soft cushion of air, providing a safe landing for daring flips and jumps.
AirCourt: A newer addition, the AirCourt offers a bouncy surface adaptable for various sports and activities. This includes 4v4 soccer, traditional dodgeball, basketball hoops for dunking, and Ultimate Tag competitions. During Toddler Time, it can transform into an obstacle course for younger children.
Valo Jump: An interactive trampoline game platform that combines physical jumping with high-definition graphics and video game play. Jumpers can play solo or head-to-head in various games, making it a unique, technology-integrated attraction.
Toddler Zone: A dedicated section specifically for children under 5 or under 46 inches. This mini trampoline area features three connected trampolines with a foam pit and exploring structures, designed to be safer and more appropriate for little ones.
Arcade: The park also features a new arcade with various games, providing an alternative entertainment option when taking a break from jumping.
Birthday Party Capabilities: The facility is equipped to host birthday parties, offering private rooms and a structured environment for celebrations.
However, some customer feedback indicates areas where the park might fall short of expectations for some visitors:
Size and Crowding: While some appreciate that it's "a little smaller than the really big parks" making it easier to keep track of kids, others find it "a little small" and note that it "got crowded quick." This can impact the overall experience, especially during peak times.
Staff Attentiveness: Several reviews mention that the staff "watching the kids are not very attentive" and that the place "seems like it's run by kids." There were specific instances cited where staff reportedly did not intervene in safety issues (e.g., a larger child pushing a smaller child) or respond to facility maintenance requests (e.g., no soap in the bathroom).
Suitability for Very Young Children (outside Toddler Time): One significant concern highlighted is that the general jump area might not be ideal for very young children (2-3 years old) outside of dedicated Toddler Time, citing safety concerns with older children and lack of consistent supervision.
Maintenance Concerns: While one review mentioned equipment seeming "pretty safe," another provided a stark contrasting view, describing "missing springs," "trash," "dry rotted spongeblocks," and "hazards nails n screws sticking out everywhere," advising caution. This suggests potential inconsistencies in maintenance or recent issues.
Prices: Customers note that prices are "kind of high but on par with the overpriced trampoline park market."

For families and individuals in Albertville and the surrounding Alabama communities looking for an indoor amusement center, Mountain Air Trampoline Park offers a readily accessible option for active fun. Its suitability for locals hinges on balancing its diverse attractions with important considerations raised by past visitors.
The park's convenient location on US-431 makes it an easy drive for many in Northeast Alabama, providing a readily available venue for spontaneous fun or planned events, especially on days when outdoor activities are not an option due to weather.
The variety of attractions, including the main trampoline court, the Giant Airbag, the versatile AirCourt (for dodgeball, basketball, and soccer), the interactive Valo Jump, and the arcade, means there are multiple ways for visitors to engage and exert energy. For younger children, the dedicated Toddler Zone and specific Toddler Time sessions are a highlight, offering a safer and more controlled environment for little ones to play. This thoughtful inclusion for toddlers, though with caveats for general jump times, is a definite positive for families with very young children.
Mountain Air also serves as a popular venue for birthday parties and group events, offering packages and private booking options that can simplify celebration planning for local parents. The availability of concessions is another convenience, allowing families to refuel on-site.
However, it is crucial for Alabama locals to manage expectations, especially concerning supervision and maintenance. While many find it a "fun place to spend an hour or two," particularly for birthday parties, some reviews highlight challenges with staff attentiveness and maintenance issues. Parents of very young children should strongly consider attending during dedicated Toddler Time sessions or maintaining very close supervision during open jump to ensure their child's safety among older jumpers.
In essence, Mountain Air Trampoline Park can be a good local option for active entertainment, offering typical trampoline park attractions. For those seeking an hour or two of bouncing fun, especially if attending a party or utilizing Toddler Time, it can be a suitable choice. Locals should go in with awareness of potential crowding, the need for active parental supervision, and perhaps call ahead to inquire about the current state of facilities to ensure their expectations align with the experience.

Mountain Air Trampoline Park Reviews
Did not like one bit had brought my 2 children there that are 3 and 2 they wanted to play with me and their mom so we did and the ref said that we needed bands to jump and if we did not purchase any we needed to sit down. Terrible place for kids and not a place for little ones. My daughter 2 was pushed out of her single jump space by a 12 year old. The ref did not say anything until I went to step in and told me that it's only one kid at a time when my daughter was their first. Not RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE
Apr 23, 2025 · Justin SierraI attended a family birthday party here. It's a typical trampoline park with a nice atmosphere. They sell snowcones and other snacks and drinks. The prices are kind of high but on par with the overpriced trampoline park market.Pros - A little smaller than the really big parks so it's easier to know where you kids are. Contrary to one other review here the equipment seems pretty safe. Clean bathrooms.Cons - The same thing, it's a little small so there is not as much room to run around and this place got crowded quick. - the people who are supposed to be watching the kids are not very attentive. The place seems like it's run by kids. We told them there was no soap in the bathroom and they acknowledged that and never put soap in there the 2 hours we were there.Overall it's a fun place to spend an hour or two and have a birthday party just don't have super high expectations.
Feb 17, 2019 · Joseph ChandlerI am surprised this place is still in business! The conditions of the equipment in this facility are NOT appropriate for children! Protect your children!!I will tell you about my experience today….I have taken my kids her in several occasions, I am the parent that jumps all over the place with my little ones.Well today was like any other day, (at least I thought) I turned my back to my 2 year old son for not even a minute and he was underneath the trampoline pictures here!RIDICULOUS!! I was terrified when I go ces back and could hear him screaming for “mama” underneath the area pictured below. He was caught by the black net full of springs. You can tell this spot has been missing springs for a while now bc of all the trash and springs on the floor!Called one of the young boys “working” there. He goes to lift the purple protector and places it over the big open space.“I said there are A LOT of springs missing. He replied with “there is nothing I can do, I told my boss about it but he never bought the materials to fix it.There are obviously many parents and grandparents that take their children and grandchildren here to have fun and enjoy their experience. But I recommend you look for other places to spend quality time with your children. I am not the person to make posts like this, but this is unacceptable and ridiculous!!Protect your babies and DO NOT go here! You can tell by the pictures where the area is at, please be careful with your babies.I thank God the net caught my baby or I would have been rushing him to the ER today. There are other areas in this facility that need attention but I did not stay to take more pictures.
Sep 24, 2021 · Perla CrumpMy best friend fell at the rock climbing area and almost got to the underground area and he said he had a bruise on his arm and the safety girl wasn't even there to help until we told her but we had an alright time there overall drink prices are high.
Mar 02, 2025 · Laura ParkerWe took our grandkids today and they had the time of their lives (the adult kids too) I recommend this fun park to anyone.
