Mall Jump is situated at 2801 S Memorial Pkwy #377, Huntsville, AL 35801, USA. This address places it directly within Parkway Place Mall, an upscale shopping mall in Huntsville, Alabama.
The location within a major shopping mall offers excellent accessibility for many residents of Huntsville and surrounding communities. Parkway Place Mall is a prominent landmark, situated at the intersection of Memorial Parkway (US-231) and Drake Avenue, both major roadways. This makes navigating to the mall straightforward from various parts of the city. As it's located inside a mall, visitors benefit from ample parking available in the mall's parking lots and decks. The indoor setting also means it's a climate-controlled environment, offering a comfortable activity regardless of the weather outside. Being inside a mall, it provides the convenience of combining a jumping session with shopping, dining, or other mall activities.

Mall Jump, as an amusement center typically found within a mall environment, generally focuses on providing a singular, active attraction. Based on the nature of such establishments and customer feedback, the primary service offered is:
Trampoline-like Jumping Experience: The core service involves providing access to a setup that allows individuals to jump and bounce, often connected to a bungee or harness system for added height and safety. This is typically offered for a set duration, which customers pay for.
Given its scale and mall location, it is unlikely to offer a broad range of services such as multiple trampoline courts, foam pits, or extensive party packages that a dedicated, larger trampoline park would provide. It serves more as a quick, exciting activity rather than a full-day destination. However, as it is located within Parkway Place Mall, visitors have access to the mall's amenities, including:
Nearby Food Court and Dining Options: Visitors can easily access the mall's food court or other restaurants for snacks or meals before or after their jump.
Shopping: The primary convenience of its mall location is the ability to combine entertainment with shopping at the various stores within Parkway Place.
It is important to note that the direct services provided by Mall Jump itself are typically limited to the jumping attraction, with the broader amenities being part of the mall environment.

Mall Jump, while a more compact amusement option, does offer specific features and highlights. However, it's crucial for prospective visitors to be aware of significant concerns raised in public reviews regarding operational aspects and customer service.
Indoor Mall Location: A primary highlight is its convenient placement within Parkway Place Mall. This makes it an easily accessible option for families already at the mall, or for those looking for an indoor activity, especially during inclement weather or extreme temperatures common in Alabama.
Unique Jumping Attraction: It offers a distinct trampoline-like experience, often involving bungee cords or harnesses, which provides a different kind of thrill compared to standard trampolines. This can be a fun and engaging activity for children and youth looking for a quick burst of excitement.
Quick Entertainment Option: Given its nature as a single attraction, it serves as a good option for short, impactful bursts of fun, rather than requiring a long commitment of time.
However, based on customer reviews, there are significant areas of concern that act as counterpoints to these features and should be carefully considered by locals:
Customer Service and Staff Behavior: Multiple reviews highlight serious issues with staff. Incidents reported include an employee arguing with a parent and making "threatening remarks," requiring mall security intervention. Another review describes staff taking extended "breaks," closing down the line prematurely, providing inconsistent information about availability, and ultimately not returning, leading to families waiting for extended periods without service.
Perceived Discrimination: One review explicitly raises a concern about potential discrimination, noting that after staff claimed they were no longer taking people due to a break, they subsequently allowed "more person...and all them were white people," while the reviewer and their Hispanic family were turned away. This is a very serious accusation and a significant concern for any potential customer.
Operational Inconsistencies: The reports of staff not adhering to stated break times, closing down the event while customers are in line, and giving conflicting information suggest significant operational inconsistencies and a lack of clear communication.
Safety Concerns (Implied by "Dangerous Game"): While not explicitly detailed, one review mentions "dangerous game," which, combined with reports of unhelpful staff, could imply concerns about safety supervision or equipment.
No Recommendations: The overall sentiment from these negative reviews is a strong "not recommended for anyone" and "don't even waste your time," indicating a highly unsatisfactory experience for some patrons.

For locals in Huntsville, Alabama, Mall Jump presents itself as an amusement option primarily due to its convenient location within Parkway Place Mall. Its presence within a major shopping center offers the advantage of being an easily accessible, indoor activity that can be combined with other errands or entertainment within the mall environment, providing a quick burst of energy and fun on demand.
The concept of a trampoline-like jumping attraction within a mall can be appealing for families looking for a brief, engaging activity to break up a shopping trip or to entertain children when outdoor options are limited by weather. It provides a distinct form of physical activity that might attract those seeking something different from traditional arcades or play areas.
However, it is critically important for Alabama locals to be fully aware of the highly concerning experiences reported by multiple customers. The severe issues raised, including staff rudeness, alleged threatening remarks requiring security intervention, discriminatory behavior, inconsistent operational practices, and long, unfulfilled waits due to staff breaks, paint a concerning picture. These are not minor inconveniences but fundamental issues related to customer service, operational reliability, and equitable treatment.
While the idea of Mall Jump might be suitable for a quick diversion, the widespread negative feedback, especially regarding discrimination and staff conduct, casts significant doubt on its overall suitability as a reliable or welcoming local amusement center. For residents of Huntsville, it is advisable to proceed with extreme caution, if at all. Exploring other well-reviewed and established amusement options in the area, such as dedicated trampoline parks or family entertainment centers with consistently positive feedback, might provide a more reliable and pleasant experience for your family's recreational needs in Alabama.

Mall Jump Reviews
The attendant closed the event down while one kid was in line, mom tried to explain that they had been waiting to jump before close and were the only ones in line and the employee started to argue with her and made threatening remarks to the parent. Security had to calm employee down.
Feb 05, 2023 · Kayla GriffinI got there around 3:30 to get in the line and the staff say I had to wait around 30 minutes for my daughter Time, and when the time came they told me that they were getting 15 minutes break and they supposed to come back at 4:15 so I waited more time. When the time came I asked them to get in the line and they said that they were getting people on line until 4:30 because they were still on break, so I wait little more time thinking that was close, but guess what...? I wait until 5:15pm and they never came back. But on the process at 3:30 they told me they weren't getting no more people because of their break, but guess what...? They still took on more person at 4:15 and all them were white people, maybe because me and my family were hispanic people they didn't take us... bad service, bad staff and dangerous game and discrimination... don't even waste your time .... 0 recommendations
Nov 26, 2022 · edgar ramosactually was a great jump place overall, and my kids had a lot of fun. however, the small statured, condescending, young male staff member and hes sour attitudealmost ruined it for me. he definitely could have been more polite.. but i could have been much less.. at the very least i had to talk myself out of getting him fired. i so hope he reads this, hahathe female staff member was one of the sweetest people i ever met! it was kind of funny how opposite they were
Jan 17, 2016 · Randus ApplecornWaited 20 minutes in line at 140pm only to be told they were going on a break. Also there was a sign up saying they opened at 1pm today. Once the break was over we still had to wait even more and other people were put in front of us. Im sure there’s a better way to operate this. Much more money could be made. The “attendants” didn’t seem very interested in work but very concerned about the chairs they were sitting in. My toddler cried the whole time and they were made to wait because now at this point we have been waiting over an hour. Never ever ever will I be back.
Oct 03, 2021 · Brittney CREasyLet my daughter jump. Big mistake! After about a minute, one of her bungees broke AND FELL OFF ON THE FLOOR! The worker stopped the jumping and by the time she had cleared away the old one, which hit my daughter when it fell, her 3 minutes was magically up. Lesson learned. Dangerous ripoff.
