Jump House Reviews
Today I went to a birthday party, her little sister who is 2 was told she couldn’t jump because she had a cast on her arm. We didn’t complain and did the best we could while she cried wanting to play with everyone. The workers were following us around and standing next to us being overbearing making sure she didn’t get on them. She slipped by us and got on them once and the worker told the 2 year old to get off. Her mom was then holding her directly on her hip not letting her go anywhere, walked onto the carpet to look up a slide to make sure a certain child was accounted for (not even touching it) and the worker came up to her pointing her finger in her face yelling “you know better” the mom asked what are you talking about and the worker was getting an attitude, making faces, told her to “watch her kid”, and even did a smirky dance move. All of the family was defending the mom as they should’ve, I’ve never seen this type of unprofessional behavior at a small town business before. Usually I understand when customers are being Karen’s, but this worker yelled in someone’s face for zero reason. Had this been a corporate company she would have been fired on spot. Not a single apology from anyone either. The owners came out to talk to them but I’m sure nothing happened considering the workers are their family. And of course there’s apparently no cameras to prove the workers hostile behavior. If you’re okay with harassment then this is the place for you!
May 17, 2025 · Abby PridemoreMy kids love this place so much that they would literally live here if they could!!!!I just wish they had a membership option for frequent customers because it would really help with the prices when you go all the time.Overall excellent jump houses with super cool obstacles! Jan 28, 2020 · Bridgette DonahoeA few months ago we attended a birthday party at The Jump House in Logan. We were told flat out no that Mason could not jump if he didn’t remove his shoes and braces. We were already there so we took them off and let him jump. For those that don’t know Mason has Spina Bifida and uses leg braces to walk. He can go without them for short periods of time but as he gets tired he will start to stagger and falls. He even falls at times with braces if he is really tired. He has decreased sensation in his right foot and barely any in his left. We have been to Kidaroos in Charleston and most recently Pump Up The Fun in Huntington. Neither place had an issue with Mason jumping and wearing his shoes and braces. We even take new shoes with us just for him to wear so there isn’t any dirt on them to get on the inflatables. Yesterday my mother in law spoke with The Jump House in Logan, bc the twins were invited to go with another child and was once again told that he could not participate unless he took his shoes and braces off. She offered to bring brand new shoes since the other places had allowed it and was told absolutely not that he either removes them or he cannot jump. Note that he can’t just wear the braces without shoes bc they are plastic and extremely slick on the bottom which could further risk injury. Am I overreaching? Maybe so. But until you are in my place and see your kid cry bc he can’t be included like a normal child over something as silly as a pair of shoes then I guess you won’t understand. As for us we won’t be going there anymore. If we are invited to another party at The Jump House, I’m sorry but we won’t be attending.
Jan 06, 2024 · Tyler DolinIt's a really nice and clean place just not a lot of choices. For kids I'd say they don't care though. The pizza was really good that we had for my nephews birthday party. All in all can't beat it as a place to take the little ones and let them have a blast.
Nov 25, 2019 · Michael WilsonI have been to this location on a few different occasions for other birthday parties. So I decided to book my little boys 7th birthday here. It was scheduled March 28,2020 3-5. I went in paid my deposit. Well 1 week before the party, We have a national state of emergency going on. I ask for a refund, so I could reschedule at a later time possibly after 90 days. I was told no refunds, either go on with my party or reschedule within 90 days. I asked if I went on with my party, could I still have up to 20 jumpers since it’s 200.00 for UP TO 20 jumpers.. reply was no just about 10! I asked if I was getting a discount since I couldn’t have the whole 20I had originally planned for.. reply was No! Basically this woman is keeping my money and not considering her customers. I sent an email to the governor‘a office today. Tomorrow, I’m contacting the Attorney General’s office, Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer to see what can be done about this. I just want my deposit back. So if you plan to book a party here make sure there are no national emergencies during your party time! Thanks!
