Hayden's International Gymnastics Academy Reviews
I wish i could post screenshots of emails i got from them.Worst communication & service ever.We had a birthday party here. The party itself was very smooth and fun. The coach was very nice. After the weekend we got the email saying this:Good afternoon,We have reviewed our cameras like we always do after the weekend birthday parties. We notice that your family stayed an hour after your scheduled birthday party time. We will be charging $100 more to your card on file. Your family staying an extra hour caused your coach not to be able to coach another birthday party that was scheduled after yours. Due to this, we have had to refund the entire birthday party fee for the other family since they had no coach. Thank you for understanding. For future reference, please keep in mind that you can request additional time for your birthday party beforehand but not the day of.Thank you,Haydens------How would we know there was another party after us and we were a liability? Ha. It's on their management. After the guests left we stayed to clean up and we got charged for this? They could have give us a phone call at least before they handled someone else's card transaction. And then another email to tell us to come in to get the stuffs they omitted. Lol.We went there, had a talk, they said they will give us a refund on the $100. That was before Christmas 2023. It's mid January, still charged. I tried to call them every few days they pick up only once out of 5 trials. say oh we will let the account know, oh the account is not here and so on. No reply on the e mail at all.I hope their business go down with that dirty 100 dollars they try so hard to keep.
Jan 15, 2024 · Sue RothenbergThis location is a horrible example of how a kids Gym operates! Terrible customer service. They do not return calls or text messages. My friend had a birthday party and was left with stress afterwards and extra charged them for staying longer. Yet the one worker they did have did not say anything. As well as the equipment is run down.We also had to clean up when they were suppose to we were being nice about it. The room was to small no AC going through. The amount paid is better off somewhere else.My friend was so upset at the service and said they would give their money back yet nothing for a whole month on a half. If they said they were going to give it why ignore the calls the emails voice messages that long. Horrible. They do not call back. Theydo not write emails back. Just poor service. In seeing, hearing and what she went through is not worth anyone going there to have allot of stress as I saw her go through it.Not worth it.Anyone else feeling discouraged by this location’s poor business practices should definitely try out other gyms in surrounding areas. I would gladly drive a few minutes to other gyms in the area.AGAIN worst place ever I Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
Jan 16, 2024 · darlene RhinehartFront desk staff and owner made snide remarks towards someone due to their english pronunciation as an ESL individual. The manager charged my card under the pretext that we overstayed. She hired 1 staff member to be in two places at once and felt compelled to state that the reason they overcharged us wasnt for staying later, but because she refunded the other family. They tried to appease me by offering my 6 y/o a t shirt and swag bags a week later. Offered to refund and failed to do so within 4 weeks. The kids had fun in the venue, Rob was a great guy, but the personallized emails that disrespect customers gets a no bueno.
Jan 17, 2024 · Steven RothenbergWe decided to give our 6 kids 2 mo of gymnastic lessons for Christmas. I was able to find exactly what I wanted on their website (tumbling and trampoline) and even though I couldn't reach anyone on the phone they were very responsive to the email I sent. Marc was awesome to work to get us into classes on the same day back to back so I didn't have to come in more than once a week. I loved that they have sibling discounts which made it more affordable. Coach Cameron was so great with the kids. We had such a great experience all around.
Feb 28, 2022 · Jamie GillWe are fairly new to the Augusta area. Everyone here seems to rave about Hayden's so I enrolled my 2 year old daughter into the preschool gymnastics program. I'm not sure if it's because I have had my older children enrolled in places like The Little Gym and other local gymnastics centers from where we moved from, but the preschool facility is dirty! It seems to get worse every week I go. Today I was so disgusted at all the junk on the gym floor. There are holes in the wall and broken equipment lying around. While walking to our car in the parking lot I literally stepped over a tampon applicator. GROSS! As far as customer service goes, I have had no issues. However, there is very little interaction with the coaches. Needless to say we have cancelled our membership.
