Frequent Flyers Introduce
San Francisco, a city renowned for its iconic landmarks and vibrant culture, offers an abundance of experiences for both locals and visitors. Among the many engaging attractions at the world-famous Pier 39, "Frequent Flyers" provides a unique and exhilarating opportunity for active fun. This popular point of interest stands out as a high-flying adventure, allowing participants to safely defy gravity and experience the thrill of aerial acrobatics right on the waterfront. For Californian families and those visiting from across the state, Frequent Flyers offers a dynamic and memorable addition to a day out in the city.
Frequent Flyers is not just another ride; it's an interactive bungee trampoline experience designed to bring smiles and excitement. While a small attraction, it packs a punch in terms of pure joy, especially for younger participants. It captures the essence of playful adventure, fitting perfectly into the lively atmosphere of Pier 39. Whether your kids need to burn off some energy during a vacation, or you're a local looking for a quick burst of fun, Frequent Flyers offers a moment of high-flying delight. As customer reviews suggest, it's often seen as "a little something extra for the kiddos" that truly boosts their vacation experience in San Francisco. Its visibility and energetic nature ensure it won't go unnoticed amidst the myriad of attractions at the pier.
Frequent Flyers is prominently located at the bustling Pier 39, a world-renowned waterfront complex in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf district. Its exact location is within the Pier 39 complex, which is a major tourist destination.
The general address for Pier 39, and thus for Frequent Flyers, is:
San Francisco, CA 94133, USA
Pier 39 is exceptionally accessible from various parts of San Francisco and the wider Bay Area. Public transportation is highly recommended due to the dense urban environment and limited parking around Fisherman's Wharf. Muni bus lines, including the F Market & Wharves historic streetcar, stop directly at or very near Pier 39, offering scenic routes from downtown and other neighborhoods. For those using BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), the nearest station is Embarcadero, from which it's a pleasant walk or a short Muni ride to the pier. Taxi services, rideshares, and bicycle rentals are also readily available in the area. The pier itself is flat and easily navigable for pedestrians, making Frequent Flyers simple to find once you are within the Pier 39 complex. Its location amidst other popular attractions like the sea lions and various shops and restaurants means it's a natural stop during a day of exploring this iconic San Francisco landmark.
Frequent Flyers primarily offers one engaging service, focusing on delivering a high-quality, exciting bungee trampoline experience.
- Bungee Trampoline Sessions: The core offering is a session on their bungee trampolines. Participants are safely harnessed and connected to bungee cords, allowing them to jump incredibly high, perform flips, and engage in various aerial acrobatics with assistance. Each session typically lasts a set amount of time, often around two minutes, as noted by customer feedback.
While the primary "service" is the bungee trampoline experience itself, it's important to understand this within the broader context of Pier 39, which offers a vast array of services and amenities that enhance the overall visitor experience. These include:
- On-site Ticketing: Tickets for the bungee trampoline sessions are purchased directly at the location on Pier 39.
- Staff Assistance: Trained staff are on hand to assist with harnessing, provide safety instructions, and operate the equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Photo and Video Opportunities: While not an explicit "service" for purchase, the nature of the activity lends itself perfectly to capturing exciting photos and videos of participants in action, which can be easily shared on social media platforms like Instagram, as the business encourages tagging them.
It is important for potential visitors to note the pricing structure; customer reviews indicate that a session costs approximately $10 for about two minutes of jump time, which some consider "steep" but many find worth the unique thrill.
Frequent Flyers, though a compact attraction, offers several appealing features and highlights that contribute to its popularity on Pier 39:
- Unique Bungee Trampoline Experience: The primary feature is the thrilling bungee trampoline setup. Unlike standard trampolines, the bungee cords allow participants to achieve significant height and perform acrobatic maneuvers they might not otherwise be able to do, providing a unique sense of flight.
- Ideal for Kids: The attraction is particularly popular with children, who often "go crazy seeing this sport." It provides an excellent outlet for their energy and a memorable, interactive experience during a visit to Pier 39.
- Safe and Supervised: Participants are securely harnessed, and the activity is supervised by staff, ensuring a safe environment for high-flying fun. This allows parents to feel comfortable while their children enjoy the thrill.
- Prominent Pier 39 Location: Situated at the iconic Pier 39, Frequent Flyers benefits from high foot traffic and visibility. It's an easily identifiable and enticing activity for families exploring the pier's many shops, restaurants, and other attractions.
- Quick and Exciting: While sessions are brief (around two minutes), they are intense and provide a quick burst of adrenaline and fun, perfect for a short stop amidst other sightseeing. As one reviewer stated, kids can be "pretty spent after 30 mins," indicating the intensity of the short bursts of jumping.
- Social Media Friendly: The activity is highly visual, making it perfect for capturing photos and videos to share on platforms like Instagram, enhancing the memory of the visit and allowing others to see the fun.
- Adds to the Pier 39 Experience: It provides an additional layer of active entertainment to the already diverse offerings at Pier 39, making the overall visit more engaging for families seeking dynamic activities.
As Frequent Flyers is a specific attraction located within the larger Pier 39 complex, direct contact information for just the bungee trampoline business is limited. In most cases, inquiries are best directed to the general Pier 39 information line, or by visiting in person.

For California locals, especially those in the San Francisco Bay Area, Frequent Flyers at Pier 39 offers a unique and suitable attraction that perfectly complements a day out in the city. Frequent Flyers provides just that, serving as an exciting pit stop during a visit to one of the city's most iconic destinations.
Its location on Pier 39 is a significant advantage. Locals often visit Pier 39 for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, unique shops, and stunning views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Frequent Flyers adds an interactive, high-energy element to this already rich experience. The brief but intense nature of the bungee trampoline session means it can be easily incorporated into any itinerary without consuming too much time, yet it leaves a lasting impression.
While some reviews mention the price point of $10 for two minutes being "steep," many locals understand that unique, high-quality attractions in prime San Francisco locations often come with a premium. The joy and excitement it brings, particularly to children, often outweigh the cost for a one-time treat or special occasion. It's a "little something extra" that can elevate a regular trip to Pier 39 into a truly special memory. Furthermore, the encouragement to share experiences on social media fosters a sense of community and allows locals to proudly showcase their city's unique offerings. Frequent Flyers is a testament to the diverse and dynamic entertainment available right here in our Californian backyard, making it a perfect spot for families seeking a dose of active fun in the heart of San Francisco.

Frequent Flyers Reviews
Kids loved it but my bank account didn’t. $10 for 2 minutes is way too steep to ever do this again. No line and hadn’t seen any others pay, but kept us to the two minutes on a timer.
Feb 16, 2025 · Andrew HigginsJust a little something extra for the kiddos. If there’s anything more that could boost these little ones during a vacation in San Francisco, it is this. This business is located at Pier 39 & trust me it won't go unnoticed. Kids go crazy seeing this sport— about 20 mins of bouncing.I wonder how come they (frequent flyer) only got a couple of reviews. They also provide info about their Instagram page where you can tag them & share the fun acrobatics session.#Day2
Nov 22, 2019 · Reema GandhiIt was horrible, there was this guy workin at 8. Immediately you can tell he didnt care about anything, the kids could barely jump, it was no fun he just wanted the time to pass by. The employees before him would make it fun make them scream out of excitement when their turn came, he would make them jump really high but unfortunately he clocked out before my niece could get a chance and instead i feel like she wouldve had more fun jumping on a mattress. Picture of employee that made it horrible. Just sitting there talking to friends.
