One reviewer highlighted the "five on service" due to excellent customer support, including fully refunding a lost play card. Another significant point of appreciation is the "security measures taken to ensure the children only leave the facility with the adults they came with," providing invaluable peace of mind for parents. The "atmosphere" truly shines, with families having "fun winning tickets together" and staff who "really gets into the presentation for the birthday party," even including "a repeat after me song and dance to encourage some physical activity." Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
Not what it used to be that's for sure. You get hourly passes to pay as many games as your want but you only get a fraction of the tickets you used to get. Overall a fun time and place for younger kids. Ok salad bar. Needs more options.
May 21, 2025 · John WiluBrought both of my children here for a birthday party.I put a five on service1) my daughter lost her play card and they completely refunded it.2)I really appreciate the security measures taken to ensure the children only leave the facility with the adults they came with.Foodit wasn't anything special, the pizza was okayfor the birthday party pack I felt like they gave the kids way too much sugarAtmosphereWE had fun winning tickets together. The staff really gets into the presentation for the birthday party, they even have a repeat after me song and dance to encourage some physical activity.
Nov 27, 2024 · Tiffany HirschbergerIt's the pretty usual kids play place. Food was a little expensive but came out quickly for the party that we had and they had nice dessert options as well to go with the pizza. The soda fountain was open and available for use. I think the only thing that could be a downside is that there is not as much supervision as there could be by the area monitors but that can also be on parents themselves. I'm not quite a fan of Chuck e cheese but it worked well for the party
Jun 18, 2025 · Ashley Y.Fun, exciting atmosphere for kids. The service was prompt, and helpful. We went on the 'kids' get in for free/free pass for the new trampoline area day (June 11th), and I felt they were fully staffed, and prepared for the event.Everything was clean, the salad buffet looked stocked, and fresh, and everything seemed to be working great. The flow of the place was effortless from check-in to playing games.Chuck E. Cheese came out and did a dance routine with the kids, and I witnessed staff informing the children in the trampoline area to be safe, and kind.I recommend this place for birthday parties, and family fun!
Jun 13, 2025 · KelliI visited on the evening of December 6th with my 6-year-old. We each purchased a 60-minute pass using an online coupon and paid with gift cards that Costco was offering at a discount. Despite these savings, I’m not sure it competes with their play pass offerings. They have a new trampoline area that costs an additional $10 to $13, depending on the day. One of the employees, Marissa, was extremely helpful and very courteous. Although many people complain about the dusty, creepy, and waste of space animatronics being removed, I feel that the new setup is much more modern and useful.
