Bounce Mountain Reviews
Absolutely disgusting, I didn't know when fire extinguishers became door stops. Bathroom are gross and smelled horrible, the partying room had looked liked it was never cleaned. Electric cords plugged into the ceiling running to the machine on the ground, so if a kid isn't paying attention he/she could trip on the cord and turn on the machine with kids in it and possibly hurt the kids. All around TERRIBLE place.
Jan 24, 2023 · Dylan Thomas-CoxWe first tried Bounce Mountain maybe back in 2022 or 2023 and then again last week and had a great time! The place was a little dated and some of the bathroom stalls were bolted shut, but overall, it didn’t seem unusually dirty or poorly kept…. not for any run of the mill mall, that is. They had plenty of bounce houses and played music on the speakers. The ladies running it were polite, made small talk, and even let our littlest in for free! We happily paid $9 per older kid for them to bounce around for a couple of hours and to support a local business in a place where we don’t have a ton of other indoor options (especially in winter) for littles. For anyone else who’s on the fence as I was, I’d say go for it. I’m sure glad we did!
Mar 07, 2025 · Rachel JohnsonCompletely unprofessional and never had me sign a waiver. Wrote my card number down on a piece of paper, put it in a phone, and then didn’t throw away or shred the piece of paper. Highly sketchy situation. Also the person working was screaming at her I’m assuming kids in front of customers.
Jan 25, 2025 · Hannah MullinWe love this place, so much fun, wish they were open at least one more day a week!
Mar 30, 2025 · Anna AlimkinaHate to say, but this place has gone down hill! Used to be a well organized place for indoor fun. Now, I don’t know how they are even open still. Cords hanging everywhere, kids hopping over pumps to get to another entrance. Not the safest.
