Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
Children will love this place, as mine did. But it gets extremely crowded, and when it is, the food is terrible. Our pizza was overdone, and even the kids would barely eat it. Costumer service is rushed and dismissive. Someone urinated in the trampoline, and a quick little wipe up was done, and children were right back in there(yuck). It was just chaotic.
Apr 26, 2025 · Monique DavisWe had a birthday for my son. Anari was our host and he was so kind and helpful. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was very attentive and made sure we all had a good time. Another host was very kind and helpful as well and complimented my attire (I put in effort on my outfits so glad they noticed!)My daughter had been talking about seeing Chuck E. Cheese and was so excited when she got to see him! We had a smaller party so the price was seriously not bad at all for a host to basically take care of the party. We were all tired at the end but in the best way possible. It was a great time and wasn’t too expensive. Glad to have a facility like this near us!
Sep 22, 2024 · Gigi BarkleyVery very rude and paid for the salad bar took 2 hours for them to bring it out when it came out the salad was brown I work in food service and I know you never give out brown salad
May 07, 2025 · Courtney singhIt's a great place to bring hyper children. The pizza is freshly handmade! The restaurant is very clean. It can get crowded towards the weekends. They do offer reservations for birthday parties. And lots of games to choose from. I highly recommend this fun place!!
May 16, 2025 · Angela TI did my daughter birthday party and we paid around 800$ ….!!!!!!!!at the very beginning we came 15 minutes earlier as we told to do our balloons and birthday decor so when i arrived at the register i told one of them that I needed to setup everything he gave me that looked like we already decorated everything but with their theme so i was like what ??? He said yes you should of told us so we don’t do anything i told him they told me 15 minutes before the actual time so he gave me that weird look.. so I said okay whatever.. and then i try to figure out for the two hours that I booked for my daughter birthday for 60 people what we should do so they told me someone will be with you all the time for the birthday setup up …. Guess what i spent the whole time looking for that person every time i need something I have to wait at the register until someone show up all of them the kitchen talking …. You talk to each worker you feel like they are in different worlds and they don’t hear you…. the place it self is good and nice for birthdays the kids loved it but the workers oh my gosh they are so unbelievably bad and acting so weird when you asked them a question as someone doing the birthday party and supposed to be helped all the time with the birthday setup… and the last thing usually they stamp everyone hand for the kids safety i swear I left with my kids and no body even was at the register to check us out….
